The music from across the street Beds were too hard for comfort

Great location. Downtown in the middle of the action. From the balcony an amazing view of the beach. The night time music coming from the bar across the street going on until 4:00 am made it terribly difficult to sleep.

The location is great, but located in a street full of bars and clubs, which makes for noisy nights until 4 am even with double glazed windows. For people who want to party is perfect, otherwise look for an hotel out of this particular street.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The sea view was also great, plus the mattress was comfortable.

The room was differnt from wich i've booked with a bad AC unit and it was in front of the street with a club wich was playing music until 4 am and no kettle(there was a problem for me because i had to go to a coffe shop to get some boiled water) . I have tried to change the camera but the lady from reception said there is no room available. The room was clean and we had hot water at any time.

The location of the hotel is near to the beach and restaurants, just 5 min walking. The staff from the breakfast was very nice and helpfull. The night receptionist is a very nice guy wich can help you with anything and he is soeaking english very well(thank you Bernardo) but the lady in the day shift is a nightmare.

Parking facilities not far too walk but fees applicable. Very loud mixx bar opposite.

Excellent location for beach, shops, restaurants. Breakfast was plentiful.

The noise from the Katedral night club. But after we changed the room everything was amazing. Coffee at the breakfast must be better. One of the ladies at front desk is very rude and it affects the whole experience. I would think twice when employing a person like this to represent the hotel.

The location is perfect, close to the beach and bars. Also, breakfast was very good.

Near a loud bar so it has a lot of noise throughout the night, also the rooms are fairly old, the beds are not very comfortable, screech while laying down.

well a bit noisy but what can you expect right in the main street great nightlife so go out and have a few drinks get involved and enjoy this hotel very cheap if you want quiet life stay in hotels 3 times the price value for money 100 per cent

the room was spotless the staff lovely the location very good the beach so close the weather was hot the breakfast lovely plenty tea juice ham cheese fresh rols yogurt fruit all in all great stay

The Hotel is very basic. No room facilities. Right next to the night clubs which I had not realised so be prepared to hear music until very early hours of the morning especially during the summer peak period. There are people outdoors talking and having a good time so again, it will be noisy. No good for light sleepers. The breakfast is basic, no hot food. You have bread, condiments, fruit bowl and yoghurt so plenty to eat anyhow.

Excellent location in Portimao, next to the beach, bars and restaurants as well as supermarkets. It has a tour train that goes round portimao to show you more of what it can offrr. It is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Lots of amazing restaurants on the door step such as the Adris and Murca (I think this was the name) as well as the Safari, all fab service and amazing food. Do have cash on you as connection to pay by card is not great in Portimão at peak times.

It’s way too noisy until around 4-5 am, if you actually want to have a good sleep and aren’t planning on clubbing, I’d probably look somewhere else.

It’s a good location in terms of being right next to the beach, right on the strip (next to clubs). Room had a huge balcony (first floor front facing)

The shower didn't work if we chose cold water. It sucks to shower with hot water in the summer, but we found a way out. The breakfast was limited and the coffee not good.

Great location and bedroom/ balcony size. The bathroom was pretty and tidy. Even though there's a disco right in front of the hotel, we didn't have any problems to sleep. Air conditioner worked. The location is prolly one of the best, in the heart of the touristic street with bars, restaurants, just few meters from the beach. The reception staff was very welcoming and overall, the experience was good.

If you want to have a calm stay and get a good sleep, than this hotel isn't for you, as it is located next to a disco, so the music is very loud during the night.

there is a night club in front of the hotel and the noise was terrible, the music was super loud till 3-4am every day.

the location was perfect, just on the high street, many restaurants and shops around with a beautiful sea view. I could enjoy the ocean view during the rain, the beach was just in front on me. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the housekeeping team was amazing - they took very good care of my room!
