The only suggestion is to have some extra air ventilation in the external bathroom as it got very hot after shower and even though there was a window it didn’t help.

The host was super friendly and helpful. Really liked the location, bus stop just in front of the house. Window isolation was amazing as we couldn’t hear anything even though there was a construction going on nearby. Common areas are super clean and beautifully decorated.

Nothing, everything was perfect

Guesthouse is very spacious and great located, rooms are very clean and eveything you need is provided by lovely staff. In the kitchen there are basic things provided as well as delicious homemade jama, butter, milk, coffee etc.

Really beautiful building .The hostel is really nice! The building is old and it has a beauty on it's own. The room we were staying was big enough, the bed really comfortable and we had also a nice balcony to sit outside. It has a beautiful kitchen to cook , eat or just drink your morning coffee. The host was really helpful &kind with everything. It has a lot of transportation near by to get you whenever you want. The area is quiet and you can walk 10 minutes to Bairro Alto to find some night life. I would totally recommend it!

If you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable place to unwind, I definitely recommend this stay. It’s clean, well-maintained, and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere—perfect for relaxing or getting some work done in peace. The aesthetic touches make the space feel modern and cozy without being overdone. It’s a super good choice for friends or couples, or even a short work trip. As stated in the descriptions, most of the rooms do not have private bathrooms — we were well aware of this and found the two shared bathrooms to be clean, neat, and well supplied, and we never had an issue with accessing a bathroom when needed. The guesthouse wasn’t fully occupied during our stay, though. The wall between our room and the neighbouring room needs better soundproofing, although the guests next door during our stay were mostly quiet.

Great kitchen, with basic breakfast supplies provided (coffee, tea, milk, bread and jam for toast, fruit). Attractive balconies for guest use. Laundry available in house (arrange with staff). Clean and well maintained; eclectic decor (nice style). Pleasant area — quiet, nearby coffee shops/restaurants, grocery stores, take-out roast chicken shop, park, etc. For those who like to walk, it’s a nice walk to the city centre; otherwise, the tram and the bus stop very near the guesthouse.

The bathroom was private but outside of the room and the shower was not draining well.

Big room, the location is not completely central but is quiet and has a good connection with the old tram.

Everything was ok!

The host Pedro is so so kind, also it’s a very good located spot. The room is comfortable, we had a private bathroom, and there are more, perfect if you are a very big group as us. They have a kitchen in which you can cook, having breakfast and a side in the freezer to share some food home made by the property.
