The bath waste was really slow, hence whilst taking the shower, all the supposed wasted water was on the bottom of the bath, slowly going into the waste pipe.

We did like the location and super friendly staff. Nevertheless we arrived out of hours to the hotel, the member of staff popped out to the reception within the minutes.

Very noisy. No sleep due to noise. People coming and going. Door buzzers ringing. It was like being in a big echo chamber. Toilet cistern ran all night. Needs a big upgrade to make it a nice holiday rolm No comfort at all in room. No tv reception Beds very uncomfortable and pillows need replacing. It was very clean.

Great location to two swimming beaches and easy walk to local restaurants.Pool facility wax great with a view out to the ocean. Room was clean.

Sunbeds need updating, my mattress protector was tired . WiFi not the best . Restaurant staff could have been more welcoming.

Noise— also rubbish collection in the middle of the night or early morning! Far too noisy! Our appointment was right by the road and close to reception building.. FAR TOo noisy, not relaxing in the evening at all, didn’t mind the entertainment, music etc till even midnight but, after that, banging doors, screaming kids wasn’t my idea of relaxing holiday. Apart from that, really nice place

I didn't particularly care for the fact the rooms were cleaned every 2 days. Sometimes if you just wanted a lay in after a late night it was frustrating when you got cleaners knocking on and opening the door, especially when we didn't have a "Do not Disturb' hanging note for the door handle.

The restaurant was very good. Breakfast choice was good. Dinner choice was excellent with a wide variety of food that was very tasty.

The evening entertainment wasn’t much/non existent. The bar area is quite small so can be hard to find a table if a bigger group- drinks stop at 11 and then it closes down completely (you cannot sit or stay in any later). €10 deposit for the air con remote was annoying, as we had to go without air con the night before as we were checking out before the opening times of the hotel. The pool area opens at 9-which means lots of queues outside this and never opened on time-can be hard to get a sun bed if not on the queue.

Good location, very close to lovely beaches. Rooms were clean and quite roomy. staff were helpful with booking taxis and trips. Food was decent (standard pizza, chips, salads, veg ect..

Originally given a top floor room. I didn’t realise there were no lifts (my fault). I was moved to the ground floor and it seemed that the cleaners used the space outside the room to leave all the dirty linen. The cleaner only came and did my room once while I was there, and then only because I complained.

It was ok. The entertainment in the cafe/bar was good. I liked the guy playing sax and guitar. He was good. The bar staff were pleasant.

- They don't provide sponges or soap to wash kitchen appliances - they offer to buy it yourself. It probably makes sense when you stay a week or longer but we stayed 2 nights, we had to leave the plates and cups dirty for the cleaning service - there were gigantic spiders in the bathroom - the walls are extremely thin, it was impossible to stay inside the rooms during the day as you could hear doors slamming, cleaning service cleaning other apartments. It sounded like they were conducting renovations.

The apartment is very spacious, the balcony is enormous. We stayed there for 2 nights, so it served the purpose. The place could use some renovation as furniture looks like it's from 80s. Nevertheless, for the price - it's absolutely worth it. Internet worked well, which was important as we had to work.

The buildings are cement blocks, so sound travels and it could get noisy. Although the breakfast buffet was worth the price, the dinner was not. It was a basic room but if you know that going in, you'll be fine.

The location was great. With a car, we could get to many places within 30 minutes. The beach was walking distance and very picturesque. The efficiency was spacious and spotless, but sparse. Definitely recommend getting the breakfast.

The plugs in the kitchen are not always in the best place and it is not easy to pull plug out of socket sometimes. You do get a bit of noise from upstairs as they building could have better insulation between the floors but this is not a major problem. Just when people return late evening. No disturbances at night.

I needed a few days on my own just to rest and found this listing. I was very pleased that it did actually offer a single person rate. The rooms are spacious and it was very nice to use the pool. The staff were fine with me having a swim a bit after the time of checkout. There is a bus stop not far from the hotel if you do not have a car. Nice views out onto the horizon and sea aa bit further off. Nearest beach Nossa Senhora da Rocha. In peak season this area could be very busy. In April it was fine. Nice to walk along the coast not far from here .... Thanks to the staff for being accommodating.

The area. The location was great but the town itself while picturesque had limited options for dining.
