Bungalow close to motorway, therefore noisy at night. Water taps in shower hard to close. Pillows so lumpy, probably never been changed ever since the campground opened decades ago. Facilities very spartan, light bulbs very low. At €60 at night for 1 person it was a rip-off. Stayed just because had some friends in the same campground who where there with their campervan.

Handy to bus stop to town, however the but takes about an hour to get to the centre of the city as it takes all sorts of other deviation before getting there. Handy to airport, however, the airport bus stop is about 1Km away.

Things were clean but well battered about, eg. Fridge, microwave, cupboards. Lacked some essentials such as kettle, peeler, sharp knife. Would have struggled to cook a meal.

The staff, especially evening staff on reception, were really friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome. The daily menu was good value for money. We had a couple of things needing mending on the bungalow, it was sorted as soon as the maintenance man was on site.

Bus service wasn’t great, pool wasn’t open, room wasn’t very warm.

Having supermarket and snack bar on site were good, nice walks, peaceful, not too far from town.

It was not properly equiped. If anything was dropped on the floor there was not a broom or mop. The shower needs updating and generally needs an upgrade. The beds very uncomfortable useless pillows.

The only good thing was the towels were very clean.

It really hard to find this place. The given address did not give you the exactly direction to the place and I was lost for almost an hour to get to the exactly entrance of the place. The staff know the problem but they did not mention it in their website. Set your gps to Ibis Alfragide and you will find the main entrance to this place, Lisboa Bungalows just opposite to Ibis.

Children's play ground needs serious attention. Cabin is barely equipped with hardly anything, no kettle and one cooking pot. V dated and needs serious uplift. Fine for one or two nights but needs attention.

Ok place to stay for a couple of nights. Sheets were clean and so was cabin. Bus into town was good.

The shower is leaking. It seems it has been leaking for ages as loads of water marks were there, and nobody cared for it (Bangalow 35). The outside light was not working. Some left over food found in the fridge/freezer.

Good facilities: e.g.: Transport links to Lisbon, Restaurant, Swimming pool

Hard to find via our GPS. We put in the booking name, Lisboa Bungalows, so drove around quite a bit before we were able to find Lisboa Camping.

    1) Walking up the hill every day back to our bungalow. Very tiring and exhausting. 2) No proper breakfast. 3) Lack of proper communication with staff. 4) The shop: not many basic items like eggs available, and the few things available are very expensive, even bread and bottled water. 5) Not enough cooking utensils. 6) Beds were very small and very uncomfortable, even the so called double bed, more like a single bed really.

swimming pool, but deck chairs not free, why???? First time my family and I have experience this.

Undesirable outsiders accessing the pool area.

Beautiful setting with easy access to the centre of the city. The wooden chalet we stayed in was quirky and ideally situated in a shaded wooded area.

You have to pay for deckchairs at the pool. And the on-site shop is way too expensive. Also it's a busy place so there can be a waiting line at reception. (Not their fault, there are lots of people working but it's just very busy.)

We had a bungalow and travelling with a pet that was ideal. The bed is predictably uncomfortable but hey' you're in a wooden hut in a forest! Staff are OK at reception, as it's a campsite it's not really an issue. The restaurant is surprisingly decent and there is a laundry and a pool. Nice place in the middle of a forest close to a commercial centre, Decathlon (good for camping) and a small (rather dodgy) suburb with a supermarket. Well connected to motorways and only 10 minutes into Lisbon. This was an excellent campsite experience and for a fair price. The bungalow is nice enough and has a functional kitchen. They even come by and make your bed, which I hadn't seen before at campsites! Highly recommended.
