We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWe absolutely loved our stay at the Lisboa Carmo Hotel. The location is excellent and convenient to metro and train stations. Short easy walk to Rua Augusta and other top locations. Highly recommend the free tuk tuk tour upon arrival to get to know the area. Upon check in Rafael was super friendly and helpful when checking in he offered great advise and was happy to help us with any questions we had. We look forward to our next visit!

Location is great. Front desk staff were courteous and extremely helpful, all of them. the only suggestion is to have electrical outlet near tabletop / night stand top level for ease of charging electronic devices.

United KingdomHeight (fourth Floor) provided a lovely roof top view, however, the view from the room was at an extra cost and suppose to provide a Street or Castle view. This was to 90 degrees to the Left of the window and not in front of it. A little disappointing, but not that much that much to cause an issue.
Excellent central location, comfortable room and an all you can eat breakfast (though Lisbon is a foodies' paradise). Staff friendly and helpful with a good knowledge of Lisbon's tourist attractions, transport system, shops and cafes. All translated into Fluent English.

United KingdomThe hotel is in a great location in the heart of the city within easy walking distance of the main squares, restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful and provided an efficient service. Our room was a good size with long windows that opened onto a quiet side street with a view of the local square, it was clean and had a modern bathroom with all the toiletries you might need, plus bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer. The breakfasts were a generous buffet with a wide choice of dishes, including fresh fruit and pastel de nata.
