Since all of the rooms were off the common area, if someone came in late, they disturbed the other guests with their noise. This happened on several occasions with me. The bathroom for the number 1 room had a distinct sewer smell that was quite strong even with the bathroom window open. I was able to check out the bathroom for room number 3 and it did not have the same smell. Not sure how the smell can be rectified. The location was close to the highways but I was not informed by Klass Wagen that the A2, A33, A5, A12 etc. were all toll roads. So every time I went into Lisbon or went sightseeing in Cascais for example, it cost me. Next time, I would book accommodation on the Lisbon side of the river.

There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, each with its own bathroom. It was like living with roommates. The kitchen was well equipped with everything from toaster, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, table and chairs and all of the usual kitchen equipment and cutlery. The flat screen TV in the living room was great and the 2 large fridges had shelves identified with numbers for each room. During the weekdays, there was a cleaning lady who came in to tidy and clean the common areas. The location was close to all kinds of shopping, including a Lidl and Continental and Pingo Doce.

The location of the guest house is perfect for anyone in escaping the noise and frantic pace of Lisbon situated 30mins from Lisbon and 30mins from Setubal - perfect for anyone on business or for siteseeing. . The guest house is not glamours but exceptionally practical with extra outdoor patio space, a shared kitchenette and a shared living/dining room that can accommodate 6-8 people.

the room was a little cold although there was a heater inside the room.

The room was clean and the bathroom was not in the room but private which was good. it's a little far from the tourists area in lisbon but if you are traveling with a car, that wouldn't be a problem besides there are several big shopping centers nearby which was also good.

I booked this place last minute as I just needed a quiet, clean and comfortable place to sleep before I have to fly out and it was perfect for it at a reasonable price (I’ve stayed at some very expensive places in Lisbon city center that were very noisy and not so comfortable!). Best part: sweetest hosts (an old couple who reside downstairs, they do not speak English, but you’ll get it ;)

Too far from Lisbon, price is good but if you gonna go everyday from here to Lisbon you won’t save money because train and public transport will cost you at least 10-15euros per person a day..so would think twice if i would choose this place or just find something in Lisbon.

Very cute nice couple, we didnt speak portuguese but understood everything from gestures.
