The breakfast room is small and crowded for the number of the guests. The breakfast formally starts at 7:30 and it was late for us for two days when we had to leave very early for the conference. Then we learned that almost everything was ready at 7:00! The rooms are very small for two people and 6 nights of stay. It is ok for one person and one or two nights of stay I guess with a small suitcase or backpack!

The location is excellent. In between two stations of Green Line of metro, it was very convenient to go to the city and the conference site. The hotel and the room was clean. The breakfast was satisfactory with a wide range of fruit and cakes. They kept our luggage until evening after we checked out. The receptionist was very nice and gave us suggestions where to visit; yet we were lucky that we did not take his advice on riding Gloria, since it broke down with a major accident that week.

The air conditioning could only be activated with the room key card, meaning it didn’t run while we were away. In the evenings, when we returned to the apartment, the room was often very warm and took a long time to cool down to a comfortable temperature. During the night, we had to get up at least once to adjust the settings, as the room became overly cold.

We spent four nights at Lisbon Style Guesthouse, which operates jointly with the neighboring New Style Lisbon Hotel. The accommodation was a perfect choice for exploring Lisbon’s main attractions. Both the Anjos metro station and the famous Tram 28 stop at R. Maria Andrade are just a 3-minute walk away. Breakfast is available at the property for €10 per person. For that price, we enjoyed a generous selection of both hot and cold dishes, as well as a variety of pastries—including the iconic Pastel de Nata. The staff were extremely helpful and paid great attention to cleanliness. Towels were replaced daily, whether needed or not, which may not be ideal from an environmental perspective.

The hotel didn't have stairs and it's difficult when tou travel with elderly people or with a suitcase. Some of the receptionists need to learn to smile and treat the guest better. There was one guy brown with long hair who was very rude.

It was noisy in the night, I could hear the guests playing music too at 3am. I requested a blanket they said no because I was in the guest house which didn't make sense

There was not clear warning on Booking.com that there was no elevator. My room was two floors high and I had to ask for help to take my box up.

Room was really tiny but adequate. AC worked great. Front desk staff were wonderful and very helpful, the breakfast spread was really good. The lobby and waiting area was excellent. Great restaurants nearby
