Lovely location, with a Seaview room, had everything we required, large Bedroom and living room with a big balcony Kitchen and big Bathroom with excellent WIFI. We arrived in the middle of a storm with floods at Faro airport and the roads were flooded, so it was wonderful to arrive to the Complex to be greeted with heat inside as we were soaked through and so were our bags. Our Room was also lovely and warm which was an added bonus, as we could get our clothes dry. Apologies for not getting the ladies name on reception who was very welcoming and was always smiling through out our stay, nothing was an issue for this lady. 2 minute walk to the Beach. Lovely restaurant along beach front, where you can walk to the Old Town.

One of the towels had a stain on it as well as there were hairs in the toilet. There was a lack of kitchen equipment (cutting board, oil, salt/pepper, dishwashing soap and sponge). You can use pool from 9am to 6pm, it would be nice if pool worked in the evening hours aswell.

The staff was very nice, location was good, room was bigger than expected.

We have stayed at these apartments several times before, this was the first time back for 4 years . Apartments are looking very tired now, badly need a refit of kitchens and bathrooms. The bar and restaurant have now shut down, nowhere to get a drink or lunch if you want a day by the pool

No restaurant or food on site. No towels until every three days.

Location was excellent. So close to the beach and old town. Pool was lovely.

Service is ok, but could be more pro-active. Pool is not accessible after 6 PM, a bit of a shame, who does not like late night swim :-). Wifi is poor, internet is slow, nowadays it is something that counts a lot if you plan to remote work and the 200+ €/day is much too high for the quality of the old habitation even if it is big ! Could have more equipment in the kitchen (new toaster, capsule coffee machine…) and provide washing product in the apartment and some water.

Beautiful location. Spacious apartment. That’s what you pay for : a stroll to Albufeira by the beach, long beach, small beach, you name it : you are in front of the ocean in a small neighbourhood of Albufeira, pretty quiet which was not expected. We were able to check in earlier, so that’s a plus.

The pool was little smaller than I expected based on the image. However it was still great and had lots of fun and chill time at the pool. There was also a lack of restaurant or spa. Which I think would be a great addition. But there is easy access to lots of food places and shops around the hotel.

The main receptionist was a very kind lady and all the staff had good energy. One of the cleaning ladies also helped me find an earring I lost. The room was really big and the access to the pool view we had made our trip. The location also let us walk to a lot of places which is great to avoid the traffic.

Was in a great location just minutes from the beach. Pool area was nice but needs more beds or somebody monitoring who leaves towels but doesn’t use. Apartment was lovely and spacious with a huge terrace. My only complaint was the musty smell from the bathroom and fridge. The fridge had been off while no one was in the room and also with taking key out it turns off the electric so we just left one of our keys in so the fridge stayed on.

It’s high up in Albufeira, in a quiet location. Mini supermarkets, sports bar and restaurants near by but much bigger selection if you go by taxi or tuk tuk to the beach area or old town

The hotel does not have a bar which is a total let down.
