Perfect location. Easy to walk to a lot of places in the local area including train station if you wanted to venture further a field. Found the perfect spot for breakfast/ brunch just across the road ( Basilio) The property was well insulated as although very central, was not a noisy location. The apartment itself was spotless with very comfy Beds & enough space for the 4 of us to move around comfortably although we generally only used the apartment to get ready & sleep as was out & about exploring the beautiful city. A bottle of wine & biscuits was a nice touch. Also, being card/keyless with codes for access was great. Although late check out not permitted there was a place to leave our luggage which was appreciated on our last day.

- I don’t find it’s safe by entering with code to apartment, this means anyone who has code can enter, unless they changed it for every guest - It’s on the main street, so very noisy at night, you can’t sleep with open windows - Lamps in bedroom and living room shall be changed, they were not working - Sofa is very dirty and needs to be deep cleaned

Location is perfect, just in the center and walking distance to everything you may need. Appartment is wide, comfortable, easy to find and get in, has complementary coffee capsules, bottle of local red wine and local cookies.

I thought the beds were a little soft. I would have also liked another mirror in addition to the one in the bathroom to facilitate getting ready. And more hooks for wet towels.

Beautiful property, great location. Great space for our family of four, with two teens. Very handy to have a washing machine and the apartment was well stocked with fresh towels and toilet paper. They reached out twice during our stay of four nights to see if we needed anything. Also several places to grab water and some groceries nearby.

Luggage storage was in a room behind the storefront that is next to the building and didn't feel particularly secure. Having arrived from a redeye flight, we had to re-arrange our luggage to avoid carrying the things we needed on the flight as well as change for the outdoors and this was tricky in the tight space. Even though we waited until the check-in time, the room was not ready in time. We went in anyway to have somewhere out of the sun to sit. Plus, since we had retrieved our luggage from the "storage room," we didn't want to haul it back downstairs. The only real down to the actual apartment was that it was on the street side of the building and there was a lot of road noise, even with the windows closed. Apparently, in Lisbon, the trash is collected while everyone sleeps.

The apartment was well-appointed and comfortable. The kitchen was fairly well stocked for cooking meals in terms of cookware and appliances. The beds were comfortable and had the right amount of blanketing. The elevator, while small, was wonderful to have.

I think I specifically looked for a place in Chiado and this was at least 0.7 miles from there, but it was also nice that it was a few blocks from the really busy areas.

It was wonderfully located with respect to the airport and shops/restaurants of Lisbon, and it was very clean and comfortable.

The toilets seat needs to be replaced because every time we flysh it all the splash comes out to the seat and we have to clean the seat each and every time we flush the toilet. It's poorly made and unhygienic. The shower handle was too small that doesn't even have a flow to wash the hair. You need a lot of time to clean up your hair with this tiny shower handle. The kitchen was missing kitchen napkins, and no olive oil no pepper to use.

I liked the apartment though the one we got before in the third floor was more good with a better bathroom and kitchen facilities.

The property has absolutely amazing location - literally in the middle of all touristic attractions in Lisbon Very comfortable beds. Good working a/c - which was really useful as we’ve been during high heat days. Certainly can recommend this place for families to explore Lisbon
