Lack of surfaces in the room. Room was close to elevator and I could hear machine and people walking in and out. Breakfast is slightly below average, coffee machine serves disgusting Nescafe-like drink.

Nice location, friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Rooms are relatively small but very clean, equipped with sufficient number of power sockets and have brand new air conditioner with heating mode. Wi-Fi is stable everywhere except breakfast room.

Excellent location. We had a room with a balcony on the top floor - great views over the city. There is also a small general rooftop area with seating which I'm not sure many people know about. 15 minutes walk to the river, 5 minutes from Trinidade station - lots of little bars and restaurants close by. Very quiet area - heard no noise at night.

Coffee at the breakfast is undrinkable. You have to pay 1 euro extra if you want nespresso. But in other side you can have good coffee in any cafe nearby for the same price or even cheaper. Breakfast is unpleasant, no need to pay for it, there are many cafes around for breakfast.

Extremely noisy area, many bars around and drunk people are shouting, screaming on the street all night long, even at 3am, we did not sleep much. We were on the 2nd floor, windows facing the street w no soundproofing, maybe higher floors and rooms lookin over the yard, other side are better.

    Friendly staff, good breakfast.

The hotel is overpriced. The rooms are nice but very outdated and seems like basically maintained. Old carpets and furniture. Old shower screens that almost fell apart when I took a shower. The shower was small and there was even some mold on the window edges. There's a safe in the room, but you have to pay extra for that. It was pretty disappointing, after the amount I paid for one night there.

The location of the hotel is good. Close to the center of the city and from there easy to access the main attractions. There's a metro station not far away, though not a line getting to the airport. There are two supermarkets close by.

3rd bed in front of the bathroom, head to the door, 3 metres distance from elevator. Sound isolation coming from the street by the windows till 3 am (bars and restaurants nearby) in the morning (6:30am) City Council cleaning the streets . 1 elevator (5-6 pax) for 3 floors. The door doesnt close well. Hotel needs more maintenance and a rebuilding process. Bathroom with hairs from previous clients. Breakfast place for 20 to 24 people, interior, no windows. The building is very old and needs further refurbishment.

    Breakfast options.

Mould formation over the corners of the room. Bed mattress was uncomfortable Annoying squeaky box spring mattress Curtains tissue was ripped and we could see quite well the hole in the middle Breakfast was nothing extraordinary, far from that actually. The guy who attended me asked for an ID card and scanned it without my authorisation. In the end, they haven't issue the receipt with my VAT number (numero de contribuinte)

The breakfast room is a little small, making strategic timing important for your morning meal, and our room door didn't close properly without a very *sharp* pull, but the hotel was otherwise quite nice.

The hotel is quite comfortable and in a side-street remarkably close to things. The room was clean, the bathroom comfortable, and the fourth floor viewing deck very pleasant.

The hotel doesn't have a drink machine. If we wanted something we had to purchase it at the front desk and they only had water. All the staff was friendly and helpful except Claudia in the front desk. She was very arrogant with an attitude not suitable for her job.If she was there on the first day, we probably had left.

We liked the location. We like most of the staff at the front desk specially one of the males ( we can't remember his name...) he was helpful and friendly. We liked the lady in charge of the housekeeping and breakfast area. She was friendly, helpful and always making sure things were running smooth and the clients were happy.

The Wifi is on and off, mostly off. Internal design and furniture are clean and in ok condition, but age- and stylewise from a few generations back. Same goes for the reception area (btw, no Wifi there at all). Not good for coming by car, the public parking may exist but there is never a free space, and the only choice left is the 15 EUR/day commercial parking. Breakfast is included and ok but not exceptional. My overall expectation was higher looking at other reviews.

Location is perfect to explore Porto and to find great food and entertainment. Friendly staff.

The bed was small and so were the sheets: not very comfortable. The bathroom was small and old: some things really need replacement, like the toiletseat and the showerdoors. The shower also didn't work very well: it hardly gave water. Also the furniture at the balcony needs replacement.

The location is good and it was very nice to have a balcony: what a view! Breakfast was also nice: a lot of sweets.
