Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Great hotel that’s very close to the airport (5min walk). Great facilities and service. Spacious enough room and very comfortable beds. Free shuttle to the airport if you have heavy suitcases and can’t be bothered to walk to the airport despite the very short distance.

The service at the bar was painfully slow! Beds are rock hard!
Free shuttle to the airport if you need it, but it is also walkable if you don't have too much luggage to carry! Great spot if you have an early flight. Front desk staff is always very friendly and helpful

The rooms are nice, we have stayed here a couple of times. The showers tend to leak out on the floor. Minor, but otherwise the room was nice.
Breakfast was ok, nice it was included.

The outdoor pool was very shallow. And if you wanted to use the indoor pool or hot tub you had to have or buy a swimming hat.
5 min walk to airport and they have a shuttle . Great breakfast.

No complaints at all
Clean spacious rooms with excellent facilities. The spa provided a great way to start the day followed by a great breakfast. So much food to choose from ranging from fruit and yoghurt through breads, pastries, cakes and cooked food. Very convenient for the airport, only a five minute walk from the terminal building

The location is directly next to the airport, so it's not a place for an extended vacation.
This was an overnight stay before a very early flight, the room was immaculate, there was a pool and spa, which we took full advantage of. the restaurant was very good for both dinner and breakfast. Its within walking distance to the airport, so we just wandered over at 5am. On check in someone came to our room and gave us 2 small bottles of Port and the kids got kinder eggs, such a small thing that really made a big impact on me. Most importantly; we left my 7 year old's stuffed rabbit behind and the staff were very thorough in finding her, holding on to her and boxing her up while I organized a DHL pick up. When the DHL thing fell apart, the hotel took the rabbit back and held on to her again until a friend could collect her. DHL have earned my fury, but the staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and patient while I was being very annoying.

A bit pricy. The shower is a bit too compact.
Actually close to the airport unlike some "airport" hotels. As in a 5 min walk to the airport. Has a pool and various facilities designed for people needing to fly out early the next day (e.g. breakfast starts at 4am, again you'd be surprised how many airport hotels don't do this). A/C works at night. Breakfast is good

The hotel offers everything you need for a stay before your early flight. Refreshing spa and pool, very friendly staff and very good rooms and comfi rooms/beds to refresh after long journey

Fantastic hotel, in walking distance (10mins) to Lisbon Airport (they also offer a shuttle if you don't want to walk - takes less than 5mins). Generous rooms, large and very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean. Great breakfast and working areas as well. I wasn't able to use other facilities but from what I've seen, this hotel is a great choice if you need to stay near the airport.
