Air conditioning was set for winter and was extremely hot. Opening a window meant traffic noise all night.

A big no-no is the use of paper/card drinking cups. It may be a hangover from Covid or just a logistics thing. Either way put proper cups /mugs and glasses back. We enjoyed our stay but probably wont return. It was too corporate for our taste and a bit of a trek to the old town by foot – that is subjective. We´re in our late 70´s so younger legs might not find it a problem.

The welcome was friendly, helpful and efficient. We decided to pay the 10 Euros per day rather than street parking charges which worked well and was convenient We were in room 706 which had a view of the front of the hotel, car parking and other apartment blocks and the road and, in the distance Bom Jesus! The room was a good size with a balcony and it was nice to have a desk for working as well as a work surface with kettle and drinks making products. The twin beds were large, firm and comfortable. Good lighting throughout. The bathroom had a very good shower although the centre rose was rather low if you were over 6´ which wasn’t a problem for us also the towels were of good quality and size!. Breakfast was good with freshly juiced oranges which hit the spot. We thought all the ingredients were good; if just a little repetitive after three days and the staff went that extra mile.

Clean and quiet in a central location in Braga, less than 10mins walk to the historical city center. The room is very comfortable and modern. The staff are nice and provided a good room far from street noise

Although the outside of hotel looks modern and new, the inside is quite old especially the furnitures in the room, looks like a university's dorm, i do not think the decorations match with the price as a 4 star hotel.

Excellent staff, clean, spacious and well-equipped rooms. We enjoyed a tasty evening meal and great breakfast. The pool was an added bonus at the end of such a hot day. The hotel is close to the city centre so don't expect a great view, but we had a peaceful night despite being next to a busy road.

Parking was not clear upfront; it’s 10 euros per day for the underground parking lot which admittedly is a good deal because usually it would be 58 euros. There are a few parking spots in front of the hotel which is also paid parking from 9 to 19:00 and can only be paid for 2 hours in advance. Unfortunately that parking is quite full in the evening often and a lot of people are unable to properly park for some reason so some spots are “free” but unusable. Although the room was very clean, the blow dryer was forgotten in cleaning and I had to clean it myself because it obviously had not been cleaned in a while. The bathroom had multiple lights but one of the lights around the mirror was on a timer which turns on/off at intervals. A button would’ve been nice to control it manually

Nice rooms, comfortable bed with two pillows per person, clean rooms and the cleaning includes mopping the floors every day. Location is really close to the city center of Braga in walking distance. Bathroom has a nice shower. The sink has a lot of storage space around it to put skincare or makeup products. The television is quite large for hotel standards and contains a lot of channels to relax before going to bed.

Maybe extend the pool opening times. Closing at 20h it's too early for visitors and in summer (maybe 22pm as other 4-5 stars in other places at Portugal)
