Decor is a little dated. There are a few bumps and scuffs to show the interior's age. Even so, you could tell that the property was clean and well kept., With such a great deal for the location, it's easy to overlook the age.

Great location within just a few minutes walk to the metro. There's a park across the street for nice views and a stroll. Good selection of restaurants nearby. The area felt safe. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was convenient and a good value for the money.

The location was great.... about 1 block (slightly uphill) from the Parque Metro station. The water in the shower was wonderfully hot right away, with great water pressure. The two twin beds were wonderfully firm, which is what I need for my back. The room was quiet with a window that opened for fresh air and pretty view of the park across the street. Although we did not need the heat at this time of year, there was a remote control so we could turn it off, and my husband figured out how to get A/C out of the unit. As our flight arrived at 6:45am we appreciated that there was a private room where we could store our luggage so we could walk around Lisbon until we were able to check in later in the day. The only thing that was upsetting is the bellman. It was ok that he insisted on taking our 2 small bags up to our room, but then when we saw we needed to change rooms, he grabbed his tip and dashed out the door like his hair was on fire. If he understood good service he would have helped us take our bags back downstairs while we arranged a different room. So not impressed with him. Everything else was absolutely perfect.

The shower was a bit small, though adequate with only liquid soap ,I prefer a bar.the TV had a limited amount of channels, though not really a problem as I was not in the room much apart from sleeping ofcourse.

Breakfast was ample and very tasty.the doorman Orlando was very friendly and informative.the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels supplied daily also.the room was a good size, but also very quiet,which is what I was wanting.

The whole hotel had a retro vibe. It was beautiful, comfortable, in a good location. The breakfast was really good. Big variety of salads, pastry, sweets, savoury food.

Front desk staff was fine, nor particularly friendly or unfriendly. A contrast to the rest of the staff that was very friendly.

Location was good, near restaurants and nice walking distance to the heart of Lisbon as well as the surrounding areas. Enjoyed the room temperature, bedding, and shower. Overall an excellent value, and I would stay again.

Front desk/reception folks were friendly and helpful, lining us up with several good dinner options....generally all multi lingual. Breakfast was very good, with a cheerful, attentive staff. We enjoyed our stay and even extended! Located close to a metro station making traveling throughout the city and beyond, easy.

Bathroom was not well ventilated and had poor lighting. The gym hours were too restrictive Breakfast did not have much variety from day to day and closed too early. The air conditioner made strange noises every night with a persistent clicking. The sink in the bathroom was leaking and we made note of this and it was fixed. Our soap dispenser was also not working. Elevators were very small.

It was nice to have the noon checkout time. The view of the park was nice. The view from the gym was appreciated. It was nice to look over the city versus being cornered in a windowless room. Our room was spacious. The Parque Metro station was a block away. Breakfast staff was very friendly.
