Beautiful experience end to finish, I didn’t want to leave. The farm is very close to the city centre yet feels like countryside with beautiful views from every window. Consider bringing mosquito repellent though. The room was immaculate clean, and frankly so was everywhere else in the house. Parking super easy. Bath tub is nice and seems to be hard to come by elsewhere. The farm has a picture perfect garden, dogs and horses on site. Honestly I was 10/10 happy and will come to stay again without hesitation.

I liked everything, really. The property is beautiful and so well kept that it feels like you're living in some special TV show that takes place in a horse farm. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the staff is very helpful.

Airconditioning would have been nice, now windows need to be opened to cool down at night which brings in the mosquitos.

Beautifull and spacious house on a horse farm. Basic but very good as you don't go to the azores for luxury but for nature. 10 minutes drive to city centre of Ponta Delgada or to shopping centre with supermarket. Centrally located to visit the whole island (by car).

Nice, comfortable room, very clean, old style bathroom where we could dry out our clothes in a very humid place. The common kitchen had everything necessary for a short time stay. People were nice and friendly, giving us recommendations about things we could do there. We had good time playing with the dogs, also horses were in the backyard. We had good time there and hope to return soon.

Bed was a little short and narrow for me being 6 feet (183 cm). Room could have better lighting.

Place is on a hill separated form the city but very close. We drove there and parked in the compound. Garden is huge and very beautiful. You can see the horses they have for equestrian training. Room was very large and bathroom was the same. They changed the sheets everyday and host was very accommodating. She gave us good tips for places to eat and see. Lovely place

Property owner Carolina is exceptional. She gave immense flexibility with our checkin' and checkout and always responded promptly to our calls, even at 4:30am when our flight came back due strong winds.

A beautiful quiet place ,that is very close to the center of the island . The host is amazing and very helpful and makes us feel like family . Everything was very nice and clean and the rooms are clean every day . Full equipped shared kitchen . Love the 2 dogs ,Meialeca , and Lecaemeia .

Caroline is a wonderful host!!! The attitude is like we are not her guests but friends. She gave us the papers with full information about the best places on an island, many of these tips are unique,you cannot google it, only get from a local. The whole atmosphere of the manor is like living in a movie. The horses, the interior, the lovely dogs and the feeling of love in every corner. This was so 🥰 We enjoyed free local fruit provided ( bananas are excellent). The coffee was also very nice. The kitchen facilities are great for making anything you want. You get a shelf in the fridge for storage. The park of the house is so nice ( the frogs are noizy at night but that is also charming 🤭). The lining and towels are changed every day like in 5* hotel..the quality of them is also good. The bathroom so big and everything in English style. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay! I will miss the doggies ☺️

Everything! It's a fairytale equestrian farm and the apartment/house is really big and very homely. We loved the surrounding and the two dogs coming to visit us every day. Everything was very uncomplicated.
