Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was a really good place to disconnect and to enjoy the calmness of Alentejo. The owners were super helpful (I have food restrictions and they accommodate my requests).

It was very quiet. The hosts were amazing, helpful and friendly. I asked for fruit for breakfast and every morning I enjoyed fresh fruit and fruit juice. It was like being at home :)

PortugalThe breakfast isn’t mind blowing. We asked for scrambled eggs and the portions were severely rationed. Almost 1 egg per person. Not a lot of options as well, but the few things that were available were good quality.
The location, the architecture, the pool, the silence is incredible.

PortugalMy shower in the room did not deliver hot water. Not reported as I was not sure what could be done about it. The lounge bed on the terrace outside the room needs to have slats instead of knitted coils on which to place the lounge bed cushion. The current arrangement is uncomfortable to lie on. The mattress on the bed inside the room needs to be turned. Getting pockets in the mattress from constant use. Appreciated that my Licenced Service Dog was welcomed. Did not appreciatethe warning that I could be asked to leave the property if she bothered hotel patrons; beginning of stay she said hello gently while I was sleeping and was made to feel guilty for that mistake. Although no trouble after that I was uncomfortable with the manager for the rest of my stay. Unfortunately. The check out procedure and payment should have been explained on arrival.
Wonderful breakfast! Friendly staff! Always a special effort made to bring coffee and fresh juice which was much appreciated. Amazing room view with pool facilities a short walk away. The silence is amazing! No traffic, voices or even wind!
