We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt was a good basic place just off the Camino route. The shower did leak a little which made the bathroom quite wet. But otherwise it was comfy, had food at a good price and the staff were very nice!

PortugalThere was a problem with mold in the first bedroom given to me. Not in the second one though. The water in the shower was only warmish. The WiFi was quite poor at least for my needs. I was participating in a webinar and I've tried during the 3 days of my stay connecting to WiFi in different times of the day and night but the connection would always fail every few minutes. Wouldn't be able to participate if I didn’t have plenty of data available.
Breakfast was very good, the location was nice and quiet, the staff was very nice and attentive. I asked for a change of room and they made no problem with it, since there was another available. I had my Easter meal in the restaurant below and it was delicious!

PortugalOnly thing I can remember was that some sort machinery-related noise could be heard during the night. Although it was very low in volume, can still be a nuisance for people who are light sleepers.
Everything was nice and perfectly clean, staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good and plentiful. Location was also perfect for our needs (main goal was easy access to the Medieval Market in Torres Novas) and makes it easy to explore nearby points of interest like Tomar, Constância (including Almourol Castle) and Torres Novas.

The hotel was spotless. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh, well served and available for a good time. Restaurant for evening meal was popular with locals. Food was very good, prices very reasonable. Again, service was very good despite the fact they had a large party in an adjacent room. Overall for a very restricted 2 star hotel excellent.

United KingdomAlthough I smoke the the front roadside bedroom facing a busy road by day, also some late night chatting from the outside bar seating area where people drink and smoke outside, but changed room, all rooms clean and tidy everyday.
What did I like location, standard of presentation, good helpful staff, value for money, generally happy with overall package for the purpose of property hunting, only 10 minutes drive from Tomar an easy route also easy to access a 25 km area within half an hour 👍

Not only the room itself but in the morning I woke up and my sleeping clothes were also smelling , which makes me wonder if someone had previously smoked in the bed and bed sheets were not exchanged. Another thing I noticed was quite an amount of dead flies lying on the bathroom floor. The cleaning topic was really disappointing and I hope it will improve in the future.
The staff was quite friendly , polite and helpful. The room was spacious, close to Tomar . Easy to park the car outside

United KingdomArrival was rather strange. No one seemed to notice us in reception and the bar/cafe didn't seem interested either. We waited in reception and then an older gentleman arrived and started speaking to us in German. None of it was a problem, just a somewhat bizarre experience
We picked the hotel on location and what a find it was. Comfortable room with a good shower. The evening meal option was excellent as was breakfast. For the price, you will not do better. It is a business/travel hotel, rather than somewhere you would go for a holiday

South AfricaWhat did we not like? 1. Room 2. Location 3. Flies - Was in Portugal for 3 weeks and hardly saw a fly anywhere else. We booked for 5 nights, left after 2. The hotel's location is far out and if we did not have a hired car would not have been able to get there in the first place and would have not been able to go anywhere. The carpets smelt musty. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good, but the flies were terrible. We were given a back room with a window, but did not have a view as all the linen were hung outside our window on both days. After breakfast on the second day we asked the gent in the breakfast room where we should leave our keys, he said we had paid and booked for more nights, we told him we wont be staying, he did not even ask why. Said ok and took the keys. Gladly lost the rest of the money to get out of there.

DenmarkEverything was cleaned and its not in bad shape. However... it smelled of mold. Especially decorations pillows which I removed from the room. That helped - but still. It wasn't perfect for what was a workday for me. Location is rather doll. You are outside the town.
The staff is very nice and very flexible. Breakfast was good and there was more than enough. Dinner was fine too. The room was good size with a big bathroom. Easy parking in front of the house. There is a nice sitting area outside.
