The hotel is located in a good area, close to the entrance to the city (close to the highway), markets, gas stations, etc. The parking lot is quite spacious, free of charge. The staff is polite, the rooms are clean, quite spacious, equipped with a small fridge where you can find water, juices, beer. Rich breakfast, like a buffet, that pleases everyone. The hotel is equipped with padel courts and swimming pools.

Business travel. The hotel was selected as it was close to the customer. Did not use the 'holiday' facilities. Bed was good and breakfast was fine.

- they didn’t have a crib for the baby if was a pack and play and it was torn but I told front desk and they brought me a new pack and play. So it was still resolved ☺️

They definitely need to upgrade their TV set in their rooms.

Location and staffs are incredible. The swimming pool is located on the perfect spot. I've been using these facilities over the last 11 years and I loved the refurbished bathrooms.

The bathroom was worn out and would deserve an upgrade as would the mattresses which were very uncomfortable and completely worn out too. The minibar could also be bigger and better equipped. I was a bit dissapointed with the dinner menu and quality, once I had a Caesar salad which consisted of Rocket salad that was clearly leftover from morning breakfast service and a very dried grilled meat which was cold so I guess that was taken from leftovers of lunch. That meal was not particularly good experience and I could not even request a new one as it was quite late and we were there with two little kids so I just had to eat quickly whatever I was given. I would expect hotel staff to ensure the quality of the food served which wasn't this case unfortunately.

Location was good, close to the port and to roads towards Serra Arrabida, decent play zone for the kids, decent swimming pool and playground (just the playground floor was black and therefore fairly hot to step on), absolutely fabulous breakfast, friendly staff.

They only have "standard beds," meaning double beds. No point, pay extra to get a queen bed. They don't have. the rooms are too small and old-fashioned. Need to improve. The rooms are not very clean, need to improve.

Staff were very helpful, the swimming pool was nice. They have a children's pool that was great. Good breakfast. They changed us for a superior room was a plus as we weren't happy with the family bedroom we got previously.

We were on a floor where some rooms were undergoing renovations and there was some noise early in the morning. We also found a lot of ants in the room. Apart from that, all good.

The team was spectacular, very attentive and always available for any request. Very relaxing environment. The location is very good, 5 minutes and we were at the Alegro mall.

Room 312 need renovation. Looks like 15years old. A/C working very loud and not cooling. Bathroom tiny, in shower water is going super slow.

Nice place to stay with family. Good swimming pool. There is also pool fir baby’s. Close shopping mall. Close sea side and center. Car parking in front of hotel and very spacious.

The hotel is easily accessible by car but not near to the centre. Easy to park in the hotel parking. The room's size is reasonable but the decoration was outdated. Simple breakfast with not many options but the food was tasty. It is not a blast but it is a good value for the money paid.

Although breakfast selection was good, we would have loved to have some legumes (tomatoes, cucumbers, etc...) available. Also, in the room the TV was an old one, we were traveling with kids and some evenings we would have loved to have the opportunity to play a movie on it, but it was practically impossible (no HDMI input, no smart TV functions - Netfix, Youtube, etc...). I understand the hotel is currently under improvement works, I hope this changes in the future because we plan to return.

Good value for money. Free parking available, friendly staff. Nice breakfast selection, the kids loved the pancake machine. :) Rooms were cleaned every day, I was overall impressed how clean everything around was. Just 30 minutes driving from Lisbon and maximum one hour from all main attractions around: Sintra, Cascais, etc..
