The staff came out of the hotel, greeted us, helped us park our bikes and carry our gear upstairs. From the moment we arrived the staff did their upmost to make our stay enjoyable. This 2-star hotel was better than many 3-star we've had on this trip. Enjoy!

The breakfast is quite simple and could be better.

The central location of the hotel with the parking in front. There are 3 parking spots reserved for the hotel. The hotel is really easy to access when arriving in Estremoz. The room was quite large with a big terrace with a table and 2 chairs and a beautiful view of the castle.

No elevator and the fridge in the room is extremely loud to the point it needs to be disconnected.

Central location and decent amenities, staff was super friendly and everything was clean. AC in the room, flat screen TV, and good wifi. Ticks all of the basics. For the price they charge it's a great deal.

It is a pity it does not have an elevator - do not carry too heavy luggage.

The rooms are huge, wifi works very well and it has the necessary commodities in case you travel on business Location was great, right in the centre of the town, close to great restaurants and to some historical spots. The staff is very nice and helpful.

bathroom was a little dated, over shower bath not brilliant. breakfast was cellophane wrapped croissants etc, rather than ‘bakery fresh’. But decent coffee, juice, cheese ham etc.

lovely friendly welcome, they even saved us a parking spot right outside. great location for expiring Estremoz on foot. lovely balcony with table & chairs to see floodlit castle.

There was one blanket that was giving a bad smell into the bed and to the room. We replace it and then the situation got much better but something to the staff to pay attention (you can also open a bit the window before guest arrive to have air circulating in the room as nowdays not many reserves are happening due to COVID)

The location is at the center. Yo ucan go around main historical areas on foot. Nearby restaurants and parking free in the street in front of the hotel. Staff very friendly Room size is big. Balcony at the last floor. CLass!

No soap, shampoo, etc. provided. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but everything else was fantastic. No elevator/lift (this is completely fine or us, but people with mobility issues should be aware.)

We stayed one night and were very impressed with the hotel and Estremoz. The front of the hotel looks onto a nice square and the rooms at the back of the hotel have a view of the castle and small patio! I was so impressed to find a room with a view for the price. The rooms are basic. We would have preferred a single bed rather than 2 twins, but for one night we were fine. The mattress was a bit firm and springy for me. The receptionists were very friendly despite speaking no English. The first room we got had a broken toilet and they switched our rooms without any issue. We were able to get everything we needed speaking the little Portuguese we know and some Spanish. The hotel is within walking distance of everything, and there is parking in front. Breakfast was very basic - bread, ham, cheese, chocolate croissants, apples, bananas, coffee, but it was all we needed and we were offered more of everything. I wish we could have stayed one more night.
