Such nice helpful staff at LiveinHolidays. Accommodation pretty basic (only studio) especially after spending a week at neighboring Four Seasons!

The inside of the wardrobes weren't clean and there were hairs on some of the pillowcases - luckily we weren't using all of the beds so were able to swap them around.

We were staying in the prestige part so you can't use the old village pools. We did get a fob but it would put me off staying in the prestige part the next time.

Studio apartment rented with loads of space! Full kitchen, balcony arrea with a barbeque. Really clean

The service in the restaurants was very poor. Extremely long waits for everything even when it wasn't busy. Beds were slightly uncomfortable. A shelf in the bathroom would be useful. Needed more than one fob for pools. It would be better not to pay for towel changes.

Apartment was well laid out, the balcony area was lovely. Had good hairdryer and extras. Pools were nice and a good variety. The area was well maintained and it wasn't noisy. It was very relaxed there. Within walking distance to the marina. Very reasonably priced!

Wi-Fi not great and our apartment was not the one we originally booked as they said the bathroom was having some work. Our apartment was clean but definitely could do with a little update and a new bathroom, opposite the bar which was a little noisy at night.

Good location, kept clean and tidy, very pretty, lovely breakfasts , takeaway bar and pizza very handy and a small supermarket available in the centre. staff were very friendly and helpful. It is quite away from the marina but has the tourist train run by every hour. The local Uber service was fantastic for getting about. Would definitely recommend having the Uber Ap. Great place for families

There are a lot of stairs and we did have a pram with a 5 month old, but nothing we couldn’t get over.

The pool bars and reception are cash only. There is a cash machine on site but you get charged to withdraw money.

Lovely apartment complex. Small but well stocked supermarket. Apartment was well furnished. We were lucky to be next to the pool so we didn’t need to hire sun beds everyday. The few restaurants/bars on site were good and enough for our weeks stay.

nice location, with a lovely courtyard bakery on site, which is nice for coffee and breakfast. at night there is also a nice bar which closes at midnight so didn’t keep you awake. lots of choices of pools and Vilamoura is easy to get to by Uber.

Having to pay €3 per half day per sunbed after booking a stay there is daylight robbery. For a family of 4 this is an additional €24 euros per day for each day you used the pool. I have never know this in any resort anywhere I have travelled. Also hated the fact that all sunbeds were taken by people queuing for them prior to the pools opening. If that's the case people should be made to pay as soon as they reserve a sunbed as many were left unused with towels on for hours at a time (often until the person collecting the money had been round!)

Lovely resort within 15 minutes walk to Marina. 3 out of the 4 pools we had access to were great, clean, good pool bar. Bars and restaurants were great and good value for money. Village is well laid out, very clean and our apartment was great.

Booked at no notice - literally needed immediately - got last room going and was nice apartment - good kitchen and apart from scraping of furniture on floor above (only one day) was quiet and slept well

We really needed a ground floor apartment and I asked 3 times with notice to see if they could accommodate. Sadly they couldn't accommodate and also didn't add how many steps that to the apartment are very, very steep. We had to carry a heavy wheelchair and my 5ft 9 son upstairs each time. Not being clear on the rules on how early you need to queue for sun beds. I ended up queuing from 8am-8.40 for the Dolphin pool and even that was a risk that I wouldn't be able to use a bed. Most people put towels on the beds and didn't use them until after 11am which isn't fair on owners or visitors.
