I honestly can't complain about anything..

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were great, I loved that we had coffee and a kettle in our room. The balcony was one of my favourite things. But wow that breakfast exceeded my expectations. I was so delicious and so many options. I loved that they gave us eggs and bacon. I will definitely return.

1. There was no fridge in the room (although, the reception put our things in their own fridge in the kitchen (thanks a lot!)). 2. We asked for a quiet room, but got one facing the main street (however, it was not very noisy during the night and we slept really well). 3. We would have liked some vegetables for breakfast (at least some tomatoes and cucumbers), but there were none:-(

Very spaceous and comfortable room with large windows. Spaceous parking lot, reception 24/7, comfortable beds, fast internet, a nice-looking swimming pool. The hotel seems to have had it's best days some 10 years before, but it is spaceous, well-kept and comfortable. Everything was just fine - we definately recommend!

Receptionist not very often at workplace. Had to wait sometimes. In the description of my room said "room with balcony" I didn't receive a room with balcony. But not bother with that.

Used as a stop over point on a motorcycle tour of Northern Spain / Portugal. Reasonable room and meals, very good value for money. Location not great as nothing around the hotel but didn't really expect anything as only using it as a stop over. Would recommend for that.

Great and affordable stay for the location. It's in a great spot just on the outskirts of Viseu if you like to venture out further into the countryside as well as having good access to the city.

Dining room for the evening meal lacked any sort of atmosphere and the staff there were not as friendly or helpful as in reception.

The quality of the hotel for the cost was excellent especially as it included and evening meal. Staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

Excellent breakfast, the largest room on our trip, and also (surprisingly) the most comfortable bed on our trip. The hotel is not so new but that did not make any difference for us, it was a very good stay. The staff was very friendly and amazingly quick! We were nicely surprised.

The only thing I can think of was the colour of the light bulbs.. they were bright white which is not the best for bedside lamps, but this is only a niggle...

The only hotel that isn't overpriced in Viseu.. After cycling the Ecopista what we needed was a hot bath and a comfortable bed - and that is exactly what we got... The restaurant was surprisingly good and we ate there for both nights of our stay. The staff were excellent and the view of the mountains from the room window was great...

Very very good value for money. Great food for both dinner and breakfast. Perfect for a stop off to break the journey driving from Portugal to Santander to get the ferry. The hotel is a 70s time capsule and I hope it stays that way as it is a real experience. We loved it! Massive bedrooms and very clean everywhere.

Nothing really - everything was great.

We had dinner at the hotel where the waiters were very helpful professional and friendly. We were impressed with the hotel - it was nicer then we expected and had access to a lovely pool. The room had a nice balcony.
