We stayed for a week, I would have liked a towel change and bathroom clean during that week. Maid service came in twice, but seemed to just empty bins and straighten bedding. As it was low season the all inclusive food was provided in another Muthu hotel, so every meal was a 7 min walk away. This other hotel had the only one bar providing the all inclusive drinks. (We were informed of this before booking, but it was a pain)

Good sized room and excellent kitchen facilities. Easy parking for our hire car. All inclusive food was very good. Ideally situated for the modern town strip. A 50 min walk to the old town, but well connected by bus, tourist train and cheap enough local taxi (+/ Uber available, eg 5 in a cab €8)

The hotel is in need of a makeover. It hadnt changed much since the first time I visited 25 yrs ago. The exterior colour would look nicer white or cream 😊

Location is great for resturants and supermarket. The studio was lovely and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The price was good for what we needed for our long weekend break ☺️

The all inclusive menu , be aware you have to walk about 10 minutes to get to the main restaurant which is a buffet type complex, and the food their is hit and miss.It is good to have the choice though. However , the drinks included are vast and of good measure at the Ocean Bar.

Staff very helpful and friendly. All of the hotel exceptionally clean.Close to all amenities, inexpensive to eat out in the area, beach close to the hotel, bars and restaurants.

EVERY night we were woken by the karaoke bar below the main hotel building. There are several bars but only one was a massive issue. At 1-2am they played karaoke music really loud making the floor vibrate even though we were two floors above the bar. I spoke with reception staff and they just said it not their problem and if I wanted I could ask the bar to turn down the music. The bar/s are actually part of the same building as the hotel.. it would seem they a rented out to other businesses. I asked the staff in the karaoke bar if they could turn the music down as it was waking us and no doubt other people too. The woman in the bar just said "we have a license to play music until 4am but at 2am they turn the music down a bit" She didn't seem bothered and when I asked if other people had the same issue she said yes but they have a license! There was no regard for waking residents or hotel guest. The hotel REALLY need to sort this issue as it massively effects their guest. Please note the hotel require guest to have music off and to be quiet by 10pm. This karaoke bar completely destroys a restful stay at this hotel. It was so frustrating. (All rooms effected that over look the roundabout!!) The only other downside was the food had no gluten free options at all and the meat choice was limited most nights too.

The hotel location was great and the interior was very nice.. a little dated but very comfortable. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. The food was presented nicely and there was lots of fruit and the dining room was well organized. Friendly staff and kept clean at all times.

The only thing I can say is the beds could do with being upgraded, otherwise, the rooms were great for my taste.

The Hangover bar. Drinks were a bit pricey considering that there are bars very close with a fraction of the price. It's only us but does music HAVE to be that loud!!
