You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaAlternate entrance was a little confusing and not clearly communicated. The automatic lights in the common spaces were difficult to navigate in the night time, as they didn't always trigger on. The spaces were clean, but well worn, and some areas seemed due for refurbishment. There was some sewer smell in one of the bathrooms and issue with water draining in the shower of the other... we understand the building and sewer systems age/complications, so these weren't major issues for us, but it something to consider as you are selecting a place to stay in Lisbon.
Communication of codes was clear and easy to navigate. Location was fantastic, and apartments were quiet, even given the busy location. We enjoyed the views from the patio and found the spaces dynamic and furnished serviceably. While this was not high end accommodation, it was a good value for the money during our family stay.

IrelandNo security or porter. On the second night of our stay girls were screaming and shouting in the hallway from apartment 3a and 3b and it felt very unsafe and threatening. It woke us up and continued for an hour or two. If there was security this could have been avoided.

United KingdomWe had some problems as the main entrance was not in use. The lift was not working and as far as we could see had not been working for some considerable time. We were not warned about this. We had to lug suitcases up 3 floors without any assistance. Fortunately we are able enough to cope with this but had we had a disability this would have been a major problem not just for luggage but for general access. More comfortable seating downstairs would have been nice, even if it was just one extra armchair.
The apartment was very spacious. Location was excellent. Easy access to main old town locations and transport system. Loads of great restaurants within an easy walk.

Singapore(1) An apartment (both living room & bedroom) with aircon but only HOT air coming out no matter how many times u on/off it or try to set it. It gets warm in the middle of the night if no window opens. (2) The lift was OUT OF ORDER for the longest time, noticed this message appeared in previous people's review since last year. (3) Carry the heavy luggage up/down 3 levels in/out of the apartment. (4) No detergent provided (u need to pay) for basic cleaning of utensils used. (5) Apartment is at the right side of the building, not at the main door facing road. (6) Any issue in the apartment, you have to leave your apartment and go back to the main door area, use the black phone mounted on the wall it will connect you to their customer service. (7) Mattress abit hard for my liking. (8) Cannot have a quiet sleep if you have inconsiderate people living above you. Very bad noise coming from upstairs unit including hearing people talking louding & running steps in the apartment.
(1) Very big & spacious apartment with an outdoor balcony attached. (2) Two toilets in the apartment. (3) Pin code access door system, no key required. (4) Friendly young cleaner we met on 1st day when arrived. (5) Beautiful view from the outdoor balcony/windows. (6) Convenient location to get nice foods & restaurants. (7) Near to the yellow tram (euro4.10) for taking a straight up & down trip to the famous Timeout Market. (8) Enough big & small towels provided for 3 persons stay. (9) Instructions on how to access main door & apartment were be send in advance. (10) Self check in at the huge scanning touch screen machine (including paying city tax) at the right side of the apartment after carrying up luggages by steps. (11) Apartment door access code will be provided after self check-in & paying tax, must take a pic of the code number so you can access your apartment daily.

AustriaThe lift was not working; probably for some time already. The apartments are on the 3rd floor. Beds were only prepared with bedsheets; the apartment was cold but we found duvets in the cardboard. TV was without cable connections, so that was useless. And at the end, 2 lights were not working.
Location is very good. Tram 28 right in front of the building. The metro and supermarket are near by. Walking distance to many attractions. Apartment and rooms are very spacious with a well equipped kitchen.

QatarLifts were not working and climbing stairs to get to the apartment was good exercise. Apartment had a bad smell initial for the first day at least which probably was originating from the toilet, probably some sewer blockage.
The location was good as it was quite central and view outside of the window was good, although I expected a balcony instead of just a window.
