Bed was super uncomfortable,.... felt cheap and too firm. Room did not have an electric kettle, or any way to prepare hot beverages, which was very surprising given that it had a small fridge.

Breakfast very nice. Whoever cooked the scrambled eggs did a great job! Staff was Polite, though upon check-out did not ask about how our stay was.

It was very frustrating not have the spa open, 10 min before making my reservation I called the property and the lady informed that to use the sauna area had a cost of €20, I informed I was going to carry on and book via booking, two hours later during check in I was informed that the wellness area it was closed because of low occupancy, it was just us and another couple. We just booked this hotel because of the Sauna, we live 15 min drive from the hotel, for a €100 night stay I would expect better. Another very important point, I had to call seven times in a 30 min time frame to be able to talk to someone.. it doesn’t makes sense based in a very low occupancy. Also, this morning while doing the check out, a disgusting strong smell of cigarette coming from the downstairs bathroom, just awful.

Besides the nice aspect from the outside, the hotel deserves some global intervention on the inside if they wish to compete with similar “charm” places in Evora. Breakfast deserves an “ok” rate and again the comparison is inevitable. However, the quality of the products that was presented was very good.

Very nice location close to the city center. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The fact that the hotel has available a spot for electric vehicles is a positive aspect that worths to be mentioned.

- the website suggested for booking the room was 20% more expensive than booking.com - the air conditioner in the room did not work - the fireplace in the living room was not working - there was no fresh regional bread

- location, cleanliness, comfort, decor, etc. and it's great value for money - the hotel building is also beautiful, with a small garden and (in the summer) a swimming pool - the view from some rooms is also very nice

This is our second stay at this hotel. We like Estremos for it's choice of restaurants and this hotel is within easy walk into town. It's also within the castle walls. This trip we managed to get a twin room in the main block (they have garden blocks too), all accessible to the pool. Rooms are very spacious, large twin beds, (still a bit firm for me) , WiFi speed good enough for streaming and we requested a walk-in shower. The TV had many English channels. Breakfast was more continental style in a very decorative sunny room that opens out to the pool and gardens. There's plenty of secure parking on site. As it was raining, we decided to eat in and the main dining room had a good menu and quality was very good and tasty. Great value for money.

The rooms in the annexe need updating. Air con didn’t seem to do anything, bathroom dated and has wood curling around doors. Bed not too comfy.

We love where is located! Very centered, walking distance to Estremoz. We like the breakfast very much as well. We also had dinner one night in the restaurant and the experience was great as well.

Breakfast was very average and hotel food and drink (bar) poor. For a gastro location such as Estremoz they could do a lot better.

The only improvement point is that, although we asked for a couple's bed, they only had singles available, and we were not notifyed with this change in advance.

The hotel is charming and the pool area is beautiful. You can start your day with a very good breakfast outside in the terrace. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable.
