excellent environment to relax after a busy day in the hectic city center - easy walk to Belem area and 15 min with Uber down town. Uber or Bolt is cheap compared to other cities. The staff is very friendly, especially Paulo the door man, that gave a nice tour through the old part of the hotel when we arrived and he took all luggage

My pants were missing from the laundry. We checked out of the hotel on April 15, Room 2236. We had laundry picked up on April 13, and it was delivered on April 14. After leaving I realized my blue pants were missing. Do you have them?

The breakfast buffet was amazing- lots of options and beautifully presented. The staff was very attentive. The palace is beautiful, we we felt like royalty.

Stunning turn of the century house with elegant interior furnishings. The gardens were filled with unusual trees and flowers. While very formal the staff were always polite, helpful and friendly.

Take your own teabags if you love tea like I do. Tea in general in Portugal is really bad 😂

The hotel itself is very opulent and historic including the main dining room where breakfast is served and where we had supper one evening. Food is excellent but a little pricy - we had breakfast included in our room rate and it really was excellent with a la carte options and an opulent buffet with sparking wine if you wanted it. Even though the hotel has hosted many celebrities the staff are very personable and friendly. Sadly the weather was very rainy during our stay so we couldn’t make the most of our stay (gorgeous gardens and pool) but we were still glad we stayed there. There is a free shuttle some days to go either to Belém or central Lisbon which was a bonus - we had a fabulous meal at SUD Restaurant overlooking the bridge which the concierge recommended

Everything was good…a small improvement could be made regarding the takeaway breakfasts, for those with an early flight, hotel of this class should have a good selection of breakfasts for such cases, there was a limited selection on the small desk close to the reception 😒

It was a very interesting experience to stay in such a hotel. The hotel has a very interesting history, cozy hotel, pleasant staff, beautiful garden, swimming pool and spa area 👍😊

Overall wonderful experience, maybe the wifi could have some greater coverage inside the building (not just in the room).

Superb experience in every way, professional and kind staff, wonderful breakfast and the garden is a true marvel. Not to mention the momumental building and interiors. The rooms were clean, everything was perfect, would come back again.

Breakfast was a bit rushed, but the quality of the food and the interior decoration of the restaurants were great.

This is a gorgeous old-style mansion which has been very well refurbished. The rooms are located in modern adjacent buildings and enjoy the comfort expected today, but the reception areas are beautiful and give the feeling to be transported 100 years ago. A wonderful experience. The staff is in general very nice and helpful and contribute to make your stay a unique experience. Nice and quite inside pool.

If i am being nit picky - Walking outside from main building to where our room was when it's cold out. It's short but when it's cold brrr.

Complimentary shuttle to Belem Tower or Lisbon city center. Fantastic breakfast with many options. The hospitality and hotel grounds were top tier. I knew it what be nice but it felt like royal treatment. You eve. Have access to an indoor pool and sauna. I woukd stay here again in a heartbeat.

In one word: everything. If you need a reason to stay in Lisbon this hotel should be it. The staff members are professional and very friendly. The service was amazing. Food was excellent. We loved our stay here, and will be hopefully coming back soon.

The property is a palace in a beautiful garden . It is a little distance from Lisbon square but is peaceful and quiet . Taxis are at the door . We took one to Sintra for the day . Our 2 rooms for my son and self had balcony’s with table and chairs by the garden .

-We choose hotel as it had an outside heated pool. On arrival were told that there was indoor and outside pool. However when we went to the outdoor pool it was drained- no water! - very skimpy on toiletries for 2 people (only 1 conditioner and body lotion /day)
