Nothing of note to point out, it was all as good as we were hoping it would be!

Overall, the accommodation was extraordinarily pleasant in almost every way. The room was large and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was very diverse and delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived by car, and there was ample space to park for free, not just in their own parking, but on the street nearby as well. It was also a very small drive away from Sintra, the main city we were exploring.

Poor and unclean SPA. Untold rules about towels at reception. You through all the building to SPA, and then return back for towels. Sauna and pool are cold :)

Hairdryer wasn't working, air conditioning stuggled a bit - after an hour 26 degrees (inside) was just 23, some mould on grout in bathroom, quite far from train station.

Buffet was not that good and I paid about 100 usd for 2 people. Drinks like milk soda coffee etc were extra... The rooms were clean but worn and bed was comfortable but had a plastic under the sheet that was loud and made you sweat. Overall good hotel... but have alternate food plans

The room was split level. The bedroom was on the top level but the bathroom was on the ground level. There was a large storage room also on the top level which I couldn't decide what it was used for as we certainly weren't going to lug our suitcases or even golf clubs up those stairs.

The indoor swimming pool was not warm enough. The spa facilities close at 9pm, which is not ideal

Clean facilities. The room was spacious and they provided an extra bed as required. I really enjoyed the sauna, Turkish bath and outdoor swimming pool. While the reception staff was kind and apologised immediately, the room was a bit dirty at check-in, including a dirty towel and several wine stains in a part of the furniture. One the bar staff was a bit rude in another occasion. One final point goes to to the in-door spa pool - while it is a nice one, it easily gets overcrowded and with people shouting loud, loosing the spa and relaxation feeling. I hope the management can do something about this in the near future.

We knew the hotel before, it was out 3rd time there. Breakfast, room, pool and overall amenities are quite ok.

Tea and coffee in the room - though we were able to achieve this. A better choice of cereals at breakfast to include a meusli. Cold milk to have with cereals. Cold water to be available in the restaurant. A better coffee machine - or even a brewed coffee available from a jog on a warm plate. No subscription TV available eg Netflix to watch a film. Necessary to use a car or taxi to really reach anywhere from the hotel.

Large room with small terrace opening onto communal gardens. Helpful room cleaner. Big bed was great.
