The hotel is a bit far from the center. The nearest supermarket is a considerable walking distance away. Public transport is unreliable, so the best option is to drive or use Bolt (a public transport system). Although the hotel has an internal transport system to the center, the schedules are limited. The games room is inside the bar. It would be advantageous for families to have a separate room with pool tables and other amenities. Unfortunately, we had no luck with the internet in our room. But you can get a better signal near the hotel reception.

The hotel receptionists are very attentive. The staff in general are very polite and ready to help. The restaurant and bar are very organized and attractive. I didn't use the bar, but be prepared to pay a little more. After all, you're on vacation. The breakfast is varied and very good, with many continental and English options. The pool area is very beautiful, the pool is clean, but the water is cold! Be prepared 😄 The family room I stayed in was huge, with a mini-fridge, a large bathroom, TV, air conditioning, and a small outdoor area. Overall, I found everything very beautiful, organized, quiet, affordable price, and perfect for a good rest. I personally recommend it. But when leaving your review, remember that the hotel is 3* only. For my experience, I give it a 4*. 🤩

They obviously have a deal with local workmen to get breakfast, best to get there earlier as some double dipped the condiments and used spoon to mouth and back. Put us off breakfast :(

The water from the breakfast tasted a bit weird. Like tap of water.... I asked if it was from the tap, and the staff said it was her first day, that's it! The Internet that was supposed to be speed, wasn't.

A bit more variety at breakfast would be nice, food was much the same every morning. A bit more instruction for guests on parking would be great, most cars taking up 2 spaces unnecessarily due to parking at an angle when 2 cars can easily fit in the space. Rooms could also do with a refresh they were very 1980’s

Pool area was very nice and the staff were friendly. Location is good as you’re close to the beach, restaurants and also the motorway if you want to travel further. Didn’t use the shuttle service as we had a car but great to have that available. Overall a great hotel for the price

Twin or double beds were the booking options on the standard room. Sent a request for a double room. Received an email advising that I would need to pay extra for a double room. On arrival, I was advised by staff that Bookings hasn't changed the room category for standard rooms to twin beds only option. The hotel should follow through with Booking.com to amend this.

It's a 3 star hotel with good facilities. The staff were helpful and the area was quiet. It has a lovely pool area.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and had lovely cool air con. Pool area was great! Lots of sunbeds and a lovely big deep pool. I liked the tree area too for relaxing. Buffet breakfast with lots of options. Good daytime menu. We mostly ate out in the evening but the evening menu was ok. People have commented on how it’s a bit dated I liked the style of it. And everything was clean and tidy Free Shuttle bus to the beach and back multiple times a day Really fast reliable internet!

Really our time there was very good, the room was very confortable, the hotel has a good facilites , I can say that Vera the recepcionist was very helpful and very friendly ,about the others worker I don't feel that sensación.

The dinner buffet was a bit pricey for what it was. My bed was dipped on one side, making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Loud bang noise occurring multiple times throughout the night also woke me up during the times I was sleeping, so I felt like I didn't sleep very well during my stay.

The pool was very good, the room was huge and cleaned every day and the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food. 24hr help desk was great as it was able to check out with ease

The hotel was dated and the rooms and communal areas needed updating. The quality of breakfast was adequate. It would have got a higher rating if it had been updated.

Location was good, within easy reach of Quartera,Faro and Loule. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was good and the option to buy lunch at the hotel was good. Parking was easy. The rooms had air-conditioning.
