Nice apartment in a great location for exploring the city. More spacious than expected and had all the facilities needed. Hosts were communicative and helpful. Would stay here again if back in Lisbon.

The common area was freshly painted and the smell was strong despite opening all windows. I guess we were unlucky on this matters! In addition there are a lot of stairs, 60 stairs so it can be difficult for those who have big luggages/children/elderly. It is not disabled friendly. No storage rooms either for those who early check in at 11am. However the owners do recommend alternative places for luggage storage but it was 15 mins away which was not convenient as we had 40 kilos of luggage.

The location is excellent. The apartment is spacious, easy to find beautiful decorated. Beds are very comfortable. Despite not meeting the owners, self check in was very easy. We had 2 set of keys which is convenient for couple travellers. I would certainly re-book it. The area is also nice and quiet, located in an alleyway just a minute away from Lisbon Cathedral. Plenty cafes, restaurants and view point within distance. Main attractions are nearby.

Too noisy (wooden floor hearing every step of neighbours above + we can hear their discussions and their intimacy…). It was quite hot inside even if in November and as there is no air conditioning then it would probably be worse in the summer time.

Excellent location close to most main attractions. Large apartment. Many very good restaurants around. The host Paula was very kind and helpful.

It was noisy the one bedroom was by the stairs you could hear people walking and talking, the other bedroom was on the other side that is a alleyway and there was a little restaurant that was always busy, we wanted to try it, it must be good people were there every night. When I opened the window it’s by a busy street, I had ear plugs that helped to sleep at night . It was October so I closed the window at night. But if it’s hot outside there’s no AC.

The long flight of stairs to the apartment was a killer, (no lift) and one needed to be very careful on one section of stairs that was missing a handrail. The apartment was very hot - no air conditioning and if you wanted a quiet nights sleep forget it.

Location was pretty good, as about as close as you could get to the CBD.

Basically, the apartment is located in a lively area and very central. Unfortunately, the entrance to the apartment is in a small dark side street.

Overall, we liked the apartment very much. I can agree with the other reviews that it is in need of some renovation. The host and staff were very helpful and friendly. They even organize a shuttle service from the airport.

I understand it is old apartment and has been renovated, but there was no ventilation and sometimes toilet and kitchen odour were really strong. This was the only thing we did not like. Not a big deal.

The apartment was really old but renovated and decorated in a really nice style and in well central place. I was not expecting old apartment to look so cute and giving feeling like it is your own. Very well maintained. We really liked the warm welcome and guidance on attractions near by. Apartment is located in a really nice central locations from where all attractions are easily accessible, and nearby metro is bonus, which is direct to Estádio do Sport Lisboa e Benfica and Colombo Shopping Centre. We really enjoyed our stay.

I like that location place, but there is no air condition which wasn’t mentioned on apartment details , photos in here not same once I arrived and that made me not convenient because I couldn’t cancel the next day and it’s none refundable . On other hand The stuff were so friendly and kind through online and big thank for them.

The bathroom is an atrocity - it smells like sewer (it actually made me gag!) - there is some sort of vent that is absolutely disgusting, I can’t believe it’s actually allowed. The toilet is only secured to the floor with caulk, not bolted on as it should be. The bathroom door does not even come close to closing, the door does not match the frame. The master bed might as well be out in the stairway as you can hear every word and every step of everything going on - it is so loud! Don’t count on any sleep unless you have ear plugs. And bring a gas mask while you’re at it.

The bathroom was a major issue with an awful sewage smell that was through the whole apartment unless we kept the bathroom door permanently closed. There is something going on with the plumbing and unfortunately it let down what would otherwise have been a great apartment and experience.

Great location and plenty of room for the family in the two bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was great and we had everything we needed for our stay.

Stairs and more stairs which are difficult with luggage or for anyone with mobility issues. A few chipped dishes and weak shower. Very noisy neighbours who woke us nightly between 3-4 am. Taxis found the address hard to find.
