    Nothing to say here.

We like the clean simplicity of the room. Our room felt spacious and the bathroom and shower were excellent. Good cupboard space and a nice balcony. Excellent indoor pool. We liked the staff too. Proffessional yet approachable and very helpful. The underground parking was great too.

The location is great and the view of the breakfast room and swimming pool over the ocean is fabulous. There are plenty of possibilities to experiment traditional good food in the city, just near the hotel...

No tea making facilities in your room but they did have a vending machine where you were able to get hot drinks and snacks. The gym was poorly maintained particularly the weight lifting resistance equipment. They were rusty and stiff to handle therefore our experience using the equipment was not satisfactory and not what we expect of a 4-5 star rating . However the swimming pool ,sauna and steam rooms facilities was of a excellent quality. We also used the spa facility for a manicure and pedicure . The service was very good and well priced

That the hotel had limited parking space outside the hotel as well as indoor parking.

It was really clean.and the location was perfect. A very short walk from the train station and a stone away from the beach. Easy access to town.

It was clean and bed was comfortable. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Nice smell, the spa facility is clean as well as the gym. Will definitely visit again with the kids.

The coffee was appalling at breakfast, from a machine. The fruit juices were also poor. The bathroom was dated and far from the nice ones in the photos.

This is not a 4 stars Hotel. Completely overpriced. The staff is extremely helpful and kind, but they alone cannot upgrade the hotel. The architecture is full of potential as this is a fine example of the 70s, but very run down. You can even feel the sadness in the atmosphere waiting for the old glory to come back.

Location is superb. Staff is great.

Indeed the bed was a little hard, as I have read the comments before, but not uncomfortable, and what I missed were the little chairs on the (very little) balkony so we could sit out and the vegetables (salad/tomato) for the breakfast.

We had a very good stay :) We have received a very nice (soundproofed) room, the station is close to the hotel, the beach is in front of the hotel, there was a very good restaurant a few hundred meter aways, convenient stores close by, the staff were kind and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was rich and delicious - they even prepared peeled and sliced oranges, which we never had at other hotels.

Breakfast was not the best, pasties, breads, "instant coffee" from two machines and top that off, powder scramble eggs with sausages, mushrooms and boiled eggs.

The hotel has an execellent location near the beaches and a city pool if you don't like the sand. The hotel has a 1970's "vibe" with carpet all over and with the deco an furniture, stepping into the hotel is a trip back on time. They tried to modernised (lifts, they painted the tiles in the bathroom, new flat TVs, key card entry, but those things don't really take from the decorations and furniture. Parking is an issue, mainly with so many guest driving, small amount of spaces on an above parking lot, with most being underground or on the streets near by. Location is great, beaches and the town's swimming pool on one side and then a tourist shopping area with few streets and many shops on the other side, it is also near a plaza and given there were holidays there were attractions and music.

The hotel building is excellent and the facilties very good. These features are fatally marred by the hotel staff who are annoying and the management which is hopeless. The lowlights: 1. the breakfast is quite awful, all the fruit juices so watered down that they are undrinkable, the scrambled eggs inedible and the coffee invariably child. My complaints were ignored. 2. Use of the swimming pool and other spa facilities requires swimming hats be (sold by the hotel for €4 each!) and flip-flops (sold locallly for between €16 - 30 each) be worn at all times. The rule in relation to flip-flops appears to be completely pointless and is a considerable annoyance, but complaints are ignored by staff. 3. While hotel parking is free, unlicensed morons "work" in the streets around the hotel and insist on directing you into eide open free spaces and then demanding money with menaces. The hotel claim that they are powerless to prevent this, but they evidently don't care to do so.

Windows need to be washed regularly or there is no point in a pool (or room) with 'sea view'. Building work during stay understandable - but wish lorry driver was instructed to turn engine off when not driving. Pity that there are two flights of steps to the indoor pool. Gym and pool staff need to focus more on customers needs and less on presence of swim caps etc. Gym staff more concerned with caps than turning on the equipment required to use the facilities ? management input. Language skills generally weak. Before ordering a meal, make sure that your language is understood.

I kept asking to the staff for a parking spot for the car and they said they were only depending on availability. They were helpless at offering an alternative. It was very upsetting to find out that the hotel was near a Casino. That increased the number of cars coming and going during the weekend (no hotel customers). Poor accessibility by car. Also, I thought I had read that the hotel offered free WI-FI. That's a lie! Paying Vodafone one. For a 4 stars hotel is quite disappointing!
