Stayed for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, clean, air conditioned room, with a lovely breakfast spread in the morning (scrambled eggs and bacon are my essentials so I was happy). Looking forward to returning.

I am very sensitive to bright lights and the hallway and lobby has an obnoxious bright white light, not at all cozy. It hurt my eyes. The other factor but that’s not the management fault, is the layout of the building - it feels very “closed” with little windows. I myself feel claustrophobic without windows, and the seating area downstairs has no windows or fresh air. I wanted to seat there to read and it was not possible for me. It felt too stuffy. The breakfast area is nice with natural sunlight but not the seating common area.

We decided to go down south for a two day trip and needed a place to stay relatively short notice and they had availability. They were so nice, the place is right in the center of town. The bathroom is very spacious.

Nice and cosy guest house / boutique hotel. Simple but nice decoration giving the place a nice feel. Close to the church square, restaurants and other amenities. Free parking in a number of streets nearby. Breakfast was also nice, particularly the fresh orange juice. There was also lactose free milk and some cooked breakfast (eggs, bacon and sausages).

Unfortunately I cannot give a 10 due to the fact that the noise of converting the leaving room into the breakfast room woke us up every morning at 07:00am

Very good value for money. Room (including bathroom) very spacious with a large bed. Balcony. Location near the main square of Reguengos (with available public parking anyways). The breakfast was better than some 4 star hotels, really incredible. Late check-out (12pm).

I had my reservations when I booked as I couldn't see a window in the photos. There was one but only into a communal area so, being very security conscious I kept it closed, so didn't sleep so well. Also, with a rating as hight as it has, I thought the place could provide glasses to drink out of (they are so cheap nowadays) - instead they provided horrible paper or plastic cups - ugh!

Right in the centre of town just next door to the main square with its bars, cafes and restaurants. Room large and clean and even though it was advertised as a single it had a large double bed. All very comfortable.

Very good hotel for a fair price. Good breakfast, comfortable room, good location, and nice environment. The hotel was recently renovated, which gives it a nice modern look while keeping the alentejano aspect.
