The water in the outdoor pool is cold and can only be used in summer. The Turkish bath had a problem and did not work, the indoor pool lights were not all on and it got dark after 6 o'clock. We were woken several times by other guests in other rooms banging on the door. The parking lot was usually full. The entrance to the pool was from inside the restaurant and it would be better if it had a separate entrance. Breakfast was repetitive every day.

Nothing really, the bathroom was maybe a bit in need of an upgrade but it was clean and everything worked

I had a family room which was of a very good size, proably needed a wee bit of an upgrade but it was perfect for my stay, bed was very comfy The Breakfast was very good with a good choice of hot and cold food. The only fault i can add is that you have to pay to use the safe, it was only 7 euros but its the first time ive had to pay for the safe for many years.

One day we had buffet for dinner, quality was not the same as a la carte. € 3,50 per day for using safe is a bit expensive.

Spacious clean rooms. Friendly staff. Free parking outside. A la carte menu is excellent.

Our room was infested by ants we had to buy are own bug spray to keep the problem under control as the house keeping couldn't, it caused us problems daily. When we got there we were told the inside pool would be closed until 14th but that was not the case, it stayed closed the whole of our stay......... I booked this hotel solely because they had an indoor pool which was originally sold to us as open, my son was very disappointed and petrified of the ants.

The bed & pillows wasn’t so comfortable. No milk for tea for free. Steam room is dated. Gym needs updating.

The hotel is a 30 minute walk to old town and beach and the shuttle was not running. We were the first guests after their opening on February 1 so the indoor pool and shuttle were not available.

A bit hard to evaluate facilities as the indoor pool didn’t work for the 3 days we were there. Staff a bit impersonal - except the ones in the restaurant.

Clean. Comfortable. Good food in the restaurant. Busses running to the city center (but we had a car so didn’t use it. Impressive beaches a 15 min drive away. Albufeira marina was also nice - though a bit dead in the low season.

I booked for one person, but the hotel assigned to me the room with twin beds put together. It was still comfortable to sleep, but it's just weird.

Great value for the money. Nice building, a lot of things to do. Decent SPA, good breakfast. Convenient location, friendly staff.

My only complaint is the bed was too soft that's a personal preference so can't really blame the hotel.

It was close to the bus terminal to explore the area and also had a supermarket close for travel snacks. The breakfast had a good selection and coffee was of a good standard. The other guests were quiet when coming home so want disturbed
