We arrived after dark, and it is in a pedestrian area. Could have done with more detailed directions from the main road to the apartment. But all in all, a great stay.

Honestly at the great price my expectations were met fully

Clear easy instructions. Apple Maps not so good, google better. Comfortable bed, great location only 10-15 minutes walk to the center. The property was clean and well appointed. We had some rain and the roof leaked with water coming through the ceiling in a couple of places. Great price meant I was happy.

One of the towels smelled really really bad, like it wasn’t washed at all. Although the location is amazing there are a lot of weird folks on the street where the building is located. Single men selling something or just wondering around, a bit creepy. Though no one had anything to do with us. So it’s safe.

Very nice apartament with a lot of portuguese charm. Small windows, interesting flooring and a well equipped kitchen. Bed was really comfy. Location is great, really close to the city centre, building is located at 28 tram station. Shops are nearby, everything is close by. You can walk everywhere. The location is really scenic on a narrow street full of charm.

Although the location was excellent and easy to get to the local street corner has a lot of single males hanging around, mostly from the mid afternoon until late at night, drinking and shouting in the dark lanes. There were no issues with this for us, 3 males and 1 female, but my wife made a point of saying that it would be extremely intimidating if she was alone or with a friend.

The apartment was the perfect size for me, my wife and teenage sons. The location was very close to the main tourist location and across the plaza from the metro station making it easy to get to from the airport. The location and building were both very Portuguese with narrow steep stairs winding up to the rooms which added to the quirkiness that we liked.

Slightly risky area with undesirables grouping nearby. No problem though. Kitchen chairs uncomfortable and one missing a screw - the top rotates from the base. Pillows old and stained need replacing. Otherwise good.-

No breakfast. Location convenient.Good ambience inside. Sandra kindly stored my suitcase whist I traveled. Appreciated.

The pillow case/ linens needs replacement already. They are old. There were some stains on the pillows and pillow case. They look like that they were not washed, but they are clean. There is no safe as what is mentioned. One window cannot be closed. One bedside lamp canjot be turned on. Stains on the cemented lavatory The coffee is expired. We drank it, we threw it away because it tasted bad. Shower a bit damaged, but still working.

Cozy, pretty Size of the room is huge! Location, near tram 28. Though at night was a bit scary, there were bystanders because of the restaurant/club. But it's okay. Just be extra careful. Apartment had older interior eg missing shower handle and cracked bathroom sink. Weather was a bit wet and damp when we got there but there was a humidifier and heating which were effective at improving the air quality

Greta location, just a few minutes from Rossio square and the shops and cafes, but still very quiet at night time. There’s a lot of people hangout and smoking around the neighborhood from day to night so it’s kinda feel unsafe specially night time because it’s dark and the area is not busy but I’ve never experienced anything except the noise from them that bother my sleep & The bed smells stink & couldn’t access by car extra precautions if you have big or heavy luggages

The location is walkable distance to the city. Close to tram,bus,metro station and have a supermarket nearby. Room size is spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful

It could be better taken care of, and the WC could have a better extraction system. But it's OK for the price. The location is great, really in the center of Lisbon. The area may seem sketchy but it's normal from that area, there's no need to be scared.

Not depending of the host: the streets nearby were dirty and smelly, and the people were not very recommendable. However, we were never in any danger.

Toaster didn’t work after one use and turned power off when we tried to use it

Was a great location in centre of Lisbon, with a good spacious room! Aircon works great, and really good kitchen facilities and fridge. The host also let us check out late and keep our bags there which is so helpful
