Difficulty with booking.com directions app. Had us 1 kilometer away. Lucky we found an information office who gave us correct directions.

    Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Specifically in this issue, ventilation works very badly, after taking a shower or simply while you are in the room, everything is becomes wet.

Friendly administrator. Easy parking. All the necessary amenities in the room, the room is clean. Simple but adequate breakfast.

The access to the hotel is really difficult if you dont have a car and you are using public transportation.. There are many stairs

the breakfast and the whole hotel is great!

The breakfast is basic but has everything you need and some extras like cake. this is a simple place in a great location though, clean and has everything you need. I think we didnt have the right staff member on check in, so that was a bit strange, but then we met other staff members who were better. There is nowhere to stop the car close to the hotel to drop off your luggage, but we just stopped on the road. parking is not on the street only. Good value for money and all you need to discover the surrounding areas

We would have preferred a slightly softer mattress, that's all.

Beautifully clean hotel, friendly and helpful receptionist, delicious breakfast (including the scrambled eggs), the especially healthy water, and handy parking at the door.

The directions on the website were misleading. Just be sure you go to Luso (we ended up somewhere way out of our way), but no fault of Residencial Imperial. And booking.com did compensate us for the time, gas and inconvenience

Miguel, the owner, was incredibly helpful in so many ways...he and his wife were perfect hosts. Also, the rooms were cleaned, fresh towels every day. Also, excellent restaurants 2 mins walk away and 5 mins drive to Bucaco woods. Great place to stay.

The one store in town closes Sunday at 11:30 so be forewarned.

Located right next to the town spring, which is the center of life in Luso. I spent days hiking in the Mata nearby. I think many people miss Luso but it is a quiet place to unwind. Good restaurant at the hotel.

Breakfast was basic. Not real orange juice and no tea except herbal. Pillow was too hard and high.

Big room. Nice shower. Big bath sheets.
