Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandIt is not the hotels fault but the room we booked was very small and there was not even enough room to open our suitcases. It was ok for one night but not for several days.
I liked the fact that they had a 24 hour reception. The buffet breakfast was good value at 7.50 Euros. There was a lovely internal courtyard to sit in. The reception staff were very helpful with suggestions for how to spend our time in Faro. The sunset eco cruise was a highlight.

United KingdomThere was a strong smell of ammonia in the bathroom which leaked out into the bedroom during the night. On the second night it was overpowering and I could not enter the bathroom in the morning until I had opened the windows and thoroughly ventilated the room.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good value for money. The location is excellent close to Faro train station and bus to airport.

United Arab EmiratesI booked a room with 3 adult beds and a crib. This was to accommodate 2 adults and 3 kids of less then 5 years old (4, 2 and 3 months). The lady at the reception told me that this room is not to accommodate that many people and was rather unfriendly and very transactional about the situation. With children of that age, there is no way to have separate rooms and the room/space was more than enough. A little bit of understanding and sympathy is always nicer and give a much better impression of the hotel and their staff.
Location was walking distance from city center. Room was clean.

United KingdomThe coffee isn't good. Such a shame really as the rest of breakfast is good. Lots of choice with fruit,yoghurt, pastries,cereals, bread, ham, cheese and a hot choice too.
Love the location as short bus ride from the airport. Close to the railway station and bus station so very easy to explore the Algarve. Took the bus to Faro beach several times. Easy to reach all parts of the city on foot. Mattresses are very comfortable and the housekeeping staff keep everywhere nice and clean.
