Fun fact: the breakfast was so good (and so generous) that we actually asked for smaller portions after the first day :)

All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. We got great tips for getting around and visiting Lisbon. Having breakfast served in our room made us feel like we were on honeymoon — even though we were there with our 7-year-old son :). On the last day we could leave our luggage until the evening, which was very convenient. The décor is unique and the facilities are of high quality.

parking is an issue, there are only 3 parking spots for guests, and it is first come first served (which is fair). there are 2 parking garages nearby, one super expensive (EUR 35 a day) and another one more reasonable (EUR 13 a day)

I stayed at Chiado Arty Flats and loved how central it was. It’s right in the middle of Chiado, so you can just walk out the door and find cafés, shops, and cool little streets to explore. Bairro Alto and Baixa are only a few minutes away on foot, and the tram and metro are super close if you want to go further. Honestly, it made exploring Lisbon really easy and fun. I also drove into Lisbon, and getting in and out of the city was much easier than I expected. I found secure parking at Camoes (20 Euros per day), just a 5-minute walk from the property, which made things super convenient. On top of all that, the staff were all super welcoming and eager to help us discover Lisbon.

Unique apartment in a great location & even though you are in a busy area the soundproofing works well. Breakfast basket is great idea for a relaxing breakfast in the room. All staff were friendly & helpful.

The upstairs bedroom might need two things. AC and change that glass wall in one of the sides. I woke up every time someone went to the toilet in the room underneath because of the light and the smells gets over there too

It’s a huge apartment with beautiful views and beautiful decoration. Breakfast was delicious. They can provide a parking spot if you’re driving. AC in summer works really good. It was so clean and never had a problem checking in or out.

This place was absolutely fabulous! The location was great and Thomas the owner was wonderful and checks all the boxes. Thomas and his staff took pride in their hotel and did everything possible to make sure we enjoyed ourselves and that we were comfortable and happy. They even hand deliver a full spread breakfast to your door every morning that was absolutely delicious and included with your stay. I cannot say enough good things about this place!

Excellent location, on a bustling street with tram views from the bedroom window. Also many restaurants nearby which were recommended by Thomas at the reception. He was extremely helpful and gave use a map of the city answering our questions. Only a few hundred meters from a beautiful sunset over the city. Great value for money with a lovely fresh breakfast prepared and delivered to your room each morning. Would stay again!

Not so keen on the RT barrel sink and certain chair accessories but on the hole it was very comfortable and well maintained. Even the sofa bed was comfortable.

The double bedroom was spacious and the patio doors were a nice exit from the room. Big solid pine wooden doors throughout the apartment and a nice welcoming breakfast arrived.
