The breakfast spread could be better and more diverse. The staff in the morning during Breakfast like to perform their duties by the book and ask you upfront for your room number and check whether you are entitled for breakfast as per your booking. However, the staff members at the breakfast do not like to speak English and this presents a hurdle when you are hungry on a cold morning and are just trying to get something to eat right away. The restaurant and breakfast experience could be made similar to the fantastic check in experience.

The views from the room. The minibar and the complementary tea bags and a hot water kettle. The lift service was super fast and I never had to wait for long. The check-in formalities are very straightforward and Renaldo was able to find my booking details of my past stays in 2017 and just by using my name he was able to assign me the room after having taking into account past preferences of my previous stay. Very welcoming attitude.

Everything except the location. It was great for me who wanted a quick departure to Spain but for others wanting a delve into Braganca it was out of the way.

The hotel is non-smoking but there were a couple of people smoking out of the windows and the smell was wafting into my room which was very unpleasant. The rooms are somewhat more bare than in the pictures: there was no nice comforter on the bed and no mini bar. There were two tiny, flat pillows on the bed and I asked for two more, which I duly received.

The price was unbeatable! The room was huge and the wooden floors are nice. There was a lot of construction work going on but I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The hotel is out of town so you'll need a car to get around.

Outdated rooms, uncomfortable bar, needs a renovation. It could be quite a good hotel with some investment... the family suite is actually 2 rooms and not a proper suite...

Large, modern hotel with all services just outside the town centre in Braganza and convenient for motorway. Popular, good parking, good meals. Excellent value for money on a half board package. Huge room and bathroom. A good choice for a visit to this historic city.

Just the look of the place, but please don't be put off, it really is very good.

When I first saw this hotel, and you can't miss it, I thought "Oh dear" it was exactly the sort of place I don't like. Huge, with neon signboards. That said once we were inside it was wonderful, the staff excellent, the room very good, and the restaurant excellent. I had grilled lamb chops and new potatoes followed by pudding-flan. The chops were perfection

The evening meal was disappointing the chicken was dry while the spaghetti had very little sauce, the bass was excellent, but the mixed veg was lukewarm, the waitress was friendly and helpful but too keen to remove plates, making the person still eating feel like they should hurry up and finish.

The room size was good, as was the bathroom, both were in good decorative order. I feel sure there was something for everyone at breakfast, with excellent choice. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a big room with nice view, clean and the 9 floor panoramic view it´s amazing (it is a bit old) The breakfast had Portuguese products and it was very good.

Noise, too much noise due to a chiller that seems like a big truck with motor problems. All day, all night. Changed rooms, which gave me a lower volume of noise. And then the alarm on next door room awoke me at 6 am. I guess walls are really thin.

Its an uncharming but functional hotelcomplex near the motorway about 1 km outside the center of Braganca. The aircon was loud and it took a while to find the bottom to switch it off. It seems to be difficult to find hotels in the citycenter but next time I would try another hotel in Braganca.

The hotel location in the outskirts of Braganca made us to discover the tuk-tuk in center who took us on a funny tour and brought us back to hotel. Highly recommended.

Comfy tourist/business hotel.Inexpensive.Views of the Citadela/castelo from front upper rooms. In the evening when trying to buy a bottle of wine from the bar the Reception staff were a bit jobsworthy about it sending me to the restaurant and then unwilling to provide change to the waiter for the purchase because not officially their department.Took me 20 mins to get some wine. All unnecessary and unimpressive to the guest standing there.

This is a big hotel on the outskirts with easy access and parking. The centre of the city is a nightmare for cars with narrow streets and pedestrian areas, so this is a good place to stay. Really excellent breakfast of hot/cold choices. At the weekend, there was a wedding so it was very busy for one night and a bit noisy. After that there were only a few guests.
