The breakfast cafeteria was bit crowded at peak time.

Good location steps away from the metro station in the center of the city. All staff including reception, kitchen, facilities were courteous and helpful. The room was big enough to set extra bed and the bathroom was bigger than expected. Good value for the money.

Room was lovely, comfortable and clean. Metro is 2 step away from the hotel. Plenty of dinner and grocery store options in 2-10 minutes walk. Breakfast was really nice and filling. Lovely pastries and bread and nice drink options. Would stay here again anytime.

Friendly staff who are always available to assist. Location was okay - I walked to downtown and had a taste of Lisbon's hill (going up and down the streets). No coffee making facilities in the room but they provided me with a kettle upon request. Breakfast spread was good with choices but repetitive. I literally had the same thing throughout my 5-days of stay. Overall satisfied.

The neighbourhood is not ideal, some abandoned buildings and people who live on the streets around. It felt safe though.

This hotel is amazing. I don’t know why it only has a 8.0. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly and helping. Would definitely book again. The shower in the bathroom was perfect

It's a shame that the pastel de nata are only at the beginning of the breakfasts and are not refilled afterwards. If you want to try it you have to come maximum up to 30 minutes after the breakfast start time.

The room was a little small with an angled wall which was hard to get in and out of.

The breakfast was very good, lots of choices. Location was good, straight down the street to the water and fun places to eat.

Super Close to metro station, bed is comfortable. All staffs are friendly. My flight was very early morning I had to leave the hotel. Staffs prepared breakfast box for me once I asked about it the day , was very surprised and I absolutely would to stay if I have a chance to come back to Lisbon 😃

The best thing about the hotel are their staff. They arw friendly, helpful and always with a smile. The room I stayed in was cozy and had everything to ensure a pleasant stay. They even had an electric kettle which was a huge plus. There is a snack/drink vending machine on level 1 of the hotel. There are eateries nearby and even a souvenir shop less than 10 mins away. One point to note if one is carrying big/many luggage is that the entrance is on level 1 while the reception is on a floor below. So there will be a short stairway (about 5 steps) that you will need to take. Otherwise I love my stay at this hotel. I would definitely stay here when I visit Lisbon again.

Only fault which can’t really be helped was the noise of the traffic and pedestrians which made it hard to go to sleep.

The room was very clean and comfortable, you could smell the cleanliness as you walked through the room door. The receptionist was exceptional we asked for recommendations for dinner and she sent us to Ideal (Portuguese restaurant) and it was an excellent recommendation. She was also very knowledgeable about attractions around Lisboa and went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to help.

I don't love the neighborhood, but because you can literally walk 10 steps out of the metro to the hotel - it is a good choice and feels safe inside.

I love love love this hotel. It is beautiful. Reasonably priced. The staff is wonderful. The beds are comfortable and only steps from the metro! The breakfast is very good. I cannot say enough good things.

The hotel is very central which is good but being so close to a metro station means you hear the metro every 5 min until it stops running after midnight. So if you're super sensitive to noise like me it's best you use earplugs.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, they made me feel welcome. The breakfast was good, with more than enough options to choose from as well as a few local treats. I only stayed for one night but really enjoyed the super comfy bed, the shower was quite big and the room was very quiet ( when the windows are closed obviously) even though it is so central next to the main road that goes downtown. The metro station entrance is right in front of the hotel. It smelled very nice everywhere in the hotel which was a nice little detail I didn't expect.

The only problem was the electronic door going into the hotel late at night that was out, but I didn’t feel unsafe or hurried while waiting. There was always somebody at the front desk to open it.

The property was right next to the metro station, so it made it easy to get in and get out. I was told that it wasn’t the safe neighborhood but I didn’t have any problem. I wish I could remember all the other names of the staff because they were amazing but I’m thankful to Luiz and Ishmael for being so accommodating and friendly.

The noise level in the hotel room is quite loud because of the tram underneath.
