There was nothing we didn't like! Everything was just perfect!

Very clean and fancy room. Superb breakfast! Staff extremely friendly. Extensive fittness & spa. The outdoor pool is great! Longtime that we had a 5* hotel that really is a 5- hotel like in the old days!

the hotel is located closed to the airport and there is constant noise of the planes. the concierge service is a mess. the day of leaving there was nobody there and had to pick up my keys, go by myself to the garage and pick up the car. Poor service. breakfast was not great for a 5 Stars.

The Dark carpets in the hallways and dim lighting. Very eerie. Not sure if this is new or to be refurbished but should definitely be bright and light in the way to your room.

There were only one available outlet that was not already occupied. Considering the large number of devices that need charging such as cell phones, tablets, computers, hearing aids, etc. one available outlet is inadequate. At a minimum there should be a power strip at the desk and an available outlet at each bed side.

Room was well appointed and clean. Mattress was firm and comfortable.

Instead of a king bed we get two joined beds with an unconfortable gap between. The electric blind on the bathroom glass wall was not functioning. Price is too high for what it offers.

At check-in, I was put off a little by the young lady who checked me into the hotel. She seemed to suggest that I might need to change my clothes. She suggested that I could change my clothes in the restroom, while I waited for my room to get ready. Additionally, I was also a little annoyed by the waitress while sitting in the lounge area, waiting for my room to be prepared. I ordered a hot chocolate, and with the hot chocolate came napkins. After I finish the hot chocolate, she immediately remove the napkins. She did not ask me if I would like the napkins to remain while I was waiting. There were many people sitting and waiting for their rooms to be prepared, and all those who had ordered something still had their napkins at their disposal. Also, there was a gentleman working in the lounge area, serving food and drinks to customers. He seemed to gladly greet everyone, but said nothing to me. I felt that he purposely overlooked me for some reason or other. It did not feel right to me.

I like the location, the room, the buffet breakfast, and the waiters and waitresses at the buffet breakfast. I also enjoyed the courteousness and helpfulness of the Bellman.

The girl checking us in was not very friendly. She never did welcome us, and actually gave us attitude. After that she added €200 on top of the agreed amount, just in case we might need something during our stay. If this is policy, please mention this to your guests as we experienced it as greedy, especially coming from the mean girl.

I did ask for pool view and asked when I realised and was told it was too busy. Slight smell of stale smoke so definitely ask for non smoking next time. And strange that on check in I was told I should of booked with site because I would of got a better deal. This was untrue as I had checked this before travel. Not something that should be said when your checking in unless you are going to give me a discount.

Breakfast was fab! Location was fair. Still had to taxi to many places. Staff were sooo nice, especially in the lobby. There was a great atmosphere in the lobby. Especially for a night cap.

It is easy to travel to hotel by metro. The breakfast was very good: for example, just fried eggs and fresh orange juice. The staff was friendly.
