What I didn't like was, that staff was pretty rude to me while during check in and also breakfast was super poor, they gave one piece of bread, one piece of cheese and meat, I am vegan, no options for me, not even vegan milk for example, all the things like spreads was almost empty from the start and jus super weird. Also coffee machine was broken, washing machine was broken and dish washing machine too.

The Hostel was in a very old beautiful house with a beautiful garden.

The bathroom wasn't in the best condition the drains were very clogged therefore the water got out from the shower. Also there wasn't a lot of common space.

It was a nice hostel not to far from the center pf the city. The staff was very friendly.

It said that beside every bed is a plug/socket but next tot the upper beds there were no plugs and I had to wake up early so had to keep my phone next to me and couldn't charge it.

It was great, i think an earlier breakfast start would suit some people but was fine for me , the kitchen was very good and the garden, showers etc everywhere was very clean and the staff very friendly, thanks

Some shower doors did not close properly so it could swing open and water would deep out. Additionally, showers take very long to heat up (not a problem for me but a bit of a waste of water to let it run hot).

Great value for money, especially with the breakfast included (though variety is limited). Rooms very spacious and clean! Staff very welcoming and accomodating with storing luggage before check-in and after check-out.

i did not like the sound hear from near road. i think the insulation of windows toward the road was not good so sound of running vehicle was bad

Bathroom and shower doors were frosted glass, which in a shared bathroom, wasn’t ideal. Staff were not very helpful, looked for recommendations of somewhere to eat that evening or what direction to walk in to find the more lively areas and they couldn’t tell us

Clean Hostel close to the train/metro, we were doing the Camino so it was a bit further from the cathedral that we would have liked (20min walk or you could take the train a few stops) Good breakfast and comfortable beds, option to store luggage

- we have to leave the room between 11am-1pm for Cleaning - quiet hours are really strict but ok

It's near the new town Gueliz and not the old town. The charge point in the room was also loose for me.

The common area, which was also the kitchen and dining area, closed down at 10:30pm and after that there was no place to hang out except in your own room. The womens toilet/shower room was upstairs from my room and there was only 2 of each.

I would get tall shelves for the rooms, the bottom area can have the outlets and "space" for the person in the lower bed. The top area can have the outlets and "space" for the person in the top bed. It also provides a visual barrier and a sense of home away from home since one can put personal items and other things very close. Other than that, the facilities are good.

Nothing, hostel met our needs.

Close to metro station, friendly and helpful staff, our room was big and a bit quirky, and it had a good shower. Breakfast was basic but enough to get you going. Good value for money.

Needed a area to chill passed 10 as not all travellers are nerdy like me.

The quietness was for me very good. Clean and very good staff. Garden wax lovely
