Exceptional restaurant for breakfast and evening meals with a first class lunch restaurant close to the pool area. All staff were so helpful, friendly and welcoming. An amazing experience in a great location for beach chilling and travel to surrounding areas of interest.

A few admin issues such as the baby swimming pool out of order but full of standing water; the outdoor restaurant could have more waiters and better maintenance (cleanness); the dinner was served cold one day and after requesting to heat up, it remained cold.

Overall very pleasant: the location, the staff, the food, the nice decor and the kids club.

Located right next to Praia Verde, at an easily 5min walk, this hotel is a great choice for people looking for a calm and relaxing holidays. The pool area is quite reclusive, cosy, and relaxing. The hotel restaurant is amazing, and the staff is extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast has a huge variety of options, independently of your food regime. Definitely, a must go!

It’s a beautiful hotel tucked among pine groves of Praia Verde and close to the beautiful beach. Wonderfully kind and attentive staff and great food made it a perfect overnight stay.

Big TVs in the room - neither connected to the internet so disappointed with this. The staff tried to help by offering a scart lead to see if we could mirror the screen but it wasn't correct for iphone or samsung. As english speakers the only channels of use were news and a cartoon one. We had a couple of rainy days and it would have been great to connect to our netflix account.

Hotel was well designed clean and modern. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Staff helpful and accomodating. It was our daughters birthday and whilst there they made her a cake for breakfast without being asked to - it was so thoughtful and very appreciated. Evening menu lovely and varied - we ate in hotel 3 nights and able to try something different each time. Great location - we hired a car and spent time in Tavira which was an easy drive and lovely place to visit.

The restaurant is not good situated within the hotel-complex The exterior terrace has a view on simple wood panels ( behind is the entrance of the parking -1) and interior the restaurant has view on the parking of the hotel, In the other hotels where we stay....the restaurants has view on nature and swimming pool. The bar is certainly not inviting and mostly functions as conduit for the resto staff. During my 7 day stay, I did not anyone spontaneously having a drink at the bar which is a nice profit margin loss..... Also during that week, the majority of the cast were parents with very young children which is not conducive to a cozy dinner for 2

The facilities were well maintained , the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast and dinner were exceptionally good. The chameleon walk and yoga class were great activities and easily accessible. The transfer from Faro was also very straightforward.
