I loved basically everything. Location is perfect, close to the beach and good restaurants. The house is very clean, tidy and organized. The house also feels like home and not like some anonymous box with artificial decorations. Skateboards are rented for free! The host is a great guy treating you like a real roommate and friend.

The atmosphere at Surf house is very good! People are very nice , Luig makes your stay easy and comfortable . The location is the best, next to the beach , supermarket , bar de base, surf shops. I really recommend staying with Luig!

The Host, very nice guy. The hostel, very nice place and surroundings. Between surf lessons, introduction to surfskating and dinner at a local fish restaurant in Peniche, I felt I really maximized my stay. definitely worth it, definitely recommended !

It’s been an incredible stay! The rooms are nice, the common area comfy and overall a nice house! Luis has been an amazing person - always nice, helpful and curious how you’re feeling. It’s been making me feel at home from the first second! The surf lessons are good, you can rent a board and the location is close to the beach but in a quiet setting. At night you hear the ocean in bed! I would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely come back!

The place is close to the beach, the supermarket and a surf shop. There are two terrasses and a lot of space to hang out :) Everything was clean, beds were comfortable and it was calm in the night. It’s a great space to meet new people. We had a barbecue alk together one evening and sang songs. Thank you to the host, Luis, for the amazing vibes! He is very helpful if you need anything and so fun and chill! Really felt home there!

Luis, our host was exceptional! He was kind, generous and very welcoming. We felt right at home. The location is amazing! It is only a few minute walk to Baleal Beach, restaurants and cafes. Short drive to the Peniche peninsula.

What a nice place to be specially on surf trip! Vibe is frendly and chill, Luiz is awesome and helpful. You can just rent a board and wetsuit from Luiz, walk to the beach in couple minutes. In walking distance is spots from beginner waves to nice rippable waves. Good selection of wetties and boards.

Cozy and spacious hostel with fireplace inside, Luis(the owner of hostel)was very friendly and informative, you can take surflessons from him. There are a lot of surfboards and wetsuits to rent. Hostel is a bit far from the beach but a nice walk through the dunes makes it pleasant.
