A wonderful warm pool - a particularly fun stay with children, excellent and varied breakfast. Very good location. I liked everything very much.

Everything was great.

Great amenities like restaurant, bar, pizza oven and underground parking. Room was a good size with large bathroom. It was 5 minute walk from amazing pastry shop and sol-mar grocery store. Staff were all very accommodating including the ladies at the front desk, who helped us to print boarding passes, with directions and printing other items. Newton was very helpful with our wine at the bar and giving us information.

Location is not ideal, but more than acceptable if you have a rental to drive around. Maybe some coffee and tea in the room would be nice. But otherwise very nice place to stay. Would go again.

Location just a little further out to centre, but we had family pick us up, so never really explored walking distance to be fair. Is convenient to highway though, so if driving will probably not be an issue.

Modern, clean and large rooms. Great view, beds were comfortable. Did not use restaurant (only for breakfast) but first day staff was accommodating with bar bites before opening of restaurant. Good selection for breakfast. Great bar upstairs/rooftop and must say the bartender makes excellent drinks and he was super busy - could have used help for sure, but he more than managed - so kudos to him! We did not get to use the other facilities (pool/gym etc...) - disappointed did not have time, so will be back to the hotel for sure as they looked perfect for after a long day out exploring? And thank you for helping us retrieve some of our important belongings that we left in the safe - we called and they had waiting for us at front desk to collect :)

Room was quiet small for 4 people (2 bigger beds).

Everything was clean. Also breakfasts were rich. Nice indoor/outdoor pool. We had rented car and there were enough places behind the hotel. Close to the city center.

Bed mattress was too soft, windows were rather dirty and it was a pity not to be able to clearly see-through into the beautiful views. Staff seemed bitter and annoied at check in, we did not feel warmly welcome. Kettle and some tea would have been nice in the room.

Good location, beautiful view from room on 5th floor, good breakfast, complementary welcome glass of wine in the wine bar was a nice gesture, we also tried pizzas - very tasty and nice service.

The gym only has a few machines, not complete and required a bit more space for being able to do some activities. Although, outside on the pool location, close to the gym, there is an excellent space for activities.

The overall accommodation was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. We have a baby daughter and everything was ok waiting for her. The Breakfast it is very complete and has many options.

Location a bit far away from town centre, 20-25 mins walking, but we knew this upfront; quality of full body massage a bit poor (not worth the money)
