Everything, we had an amazing holiday, big thank you to the vine hotel

Feels luxurious, beautiful roof bar and pool area. The breakfasts are generous and tasty. The staff organised chocolates and a spa voucher to help us celebrate a birthday!

The entrance is through a shopping gallery which is a bit less glamorous. Everything else was great.

The hotel had an excellent location with everything I needed nearby. The room was very clean, quiet, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, always helpful when needed. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with many good options. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

The parking was available but accessing the car took extra time, as the parking is located in a separate adjacent building. There was no drop-off or pick-up space directly in front of the hotel, which made arrival and departure less convenient. The bathroom lacked a handheld bidet spray (common in some regions), which would have been useful. Although the faucet design looked modern and stylish, it was not very practical to use.

It was very modern and a little too dark and high tech in the room.

Central location, overall vibe and beds were very comfy. We had a courtyard/shopping mall interior room which was very quiet. Pool was cool.

Because it’s a large hotel it feels a bit impersonal. We booked it for one night leaving for the airport the next day so it was okay for us.

We felt incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived until the last minute of our stay. Perfect location, cozy atmosphere, and truly a 5-star experience – highly recommended!
