The room is comfortable, only that my bed creaks badly, it's a bit annoying.

Nice small luxury hotel with perfect location and very professional stuff! We spent two days with comfort, really good food (night in the lobby bar with DJ and exceptional portuguese food was wonderful) and a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you so much for the nice attitude to our dog. We really appreciate it ❤️

The only tiny thing was for my bed request (wanted a non-twin) they pushed the two twins together (which is standard) but made them separately. So, it made the double bed thing sort of moot. But a tiny complaint for such a lovely lovely stay.

The spa was amazing downstairs, the live music was incredible, the room was large and so comfy - especially loved the added touches of the gin and tonics and complementary beverages. Cannot recommend this property highly enough!

Everything was perfect!

The Vintage was my idea of a dream accommodation - the thoughtfully and beautifully appointed rooms were spacious, the spa and private use of the facilities, location was perfect and the staff were wonderful. These are the kind of hotels I look for on my frequent travels. Unique, beautiful and beautiful customer service. Didn’t try the food or drink other than the complimentary local gin provided in the room which I was delighted to receive but it all looked excellent. Looking forward to my next stay. Thank you!

The mattresses were like the Princess and the Pea. Uncomfortable. Goldilocks and the three bears, too hard.

Shuttle service was impeccable. Room service was perfect. Room was very clean and the staff provided us with fresh water every time we asked. The food was delicious. My daughter tried octopus and it was delicious. The rooftop view was beautiful. Checking in was easy. And concierge was on point. It was even easier checking out at 6:30am.

I thought they could have ensured we were given more milk if we had used it. There was only one small carton of milk provided but if you used the Nespresso machine each morning you would use it up in 2 days. Maybe some long life mini milks or something even? This is a very small point!

The location is in a lovely area with nice restaurants and things nearby. Not right in tourist central - close enough but not too close! The staff were helpful, the spa treatments were good. The styling of the hotel was very nice. Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch. Rooftop bar is lovely.

Our hotel stay was really nice! We loved having the spa all to ourselves in our room, and the staff were super friendly and gave us some extra treats. The hotel was in a great area too, which made it even better. Definitely recommend it!
