There is nothing to not like at Puralã Wool Valley 😊

Everything is always excellent at Puralã Wool Valley 😊 The food, the staff (all of them, even the chambermaids are cheerful & friendly) . The pool and gym are excellent, during the day we often have the pool to ourselves 😉

There is nothing to not like at Puralã 😘

Liked everything, we always stay at Puralã when in Covilhã, such an excellent hotel, convenient for the City but not too close . Excellent indoor pool for the cooler months, very nice outdoor pool for the long Portuguese summers 🥰

Could do with having a kettle for anyone that wants coffee or tea in their room. I thought the restaurant could be a bit more organised. We both felt a bit lost with trying to understand what they were actually serving. They have a set menu and a A La Carte and in our opinion they try to sell you the set menu, nothing wrong with that but would be great if they could explain things better. But overall a good experience and great staff.

Everything was good.. Staff friendly and always able to help with any enquiries. Room good size. Food was good. Breakfast plenty of variety to fuel you up for the day.

The lack of water jets on the SPA/swimming pool areas. Yet this is just nit-picking and more like an idea on what to add.

The room felt more like a 2 or 3* hotel. Bad finishings all around (next to outlooks, paint splattered around, bed made noise and was just okay in terms of comfort (I had more comfortable beds in 3* hotels), but was good in terms of size. The curtains weren't wide enough for the entire window so at 7/8 am we were getting woken up by the sunlight. The TV was also mid-range / average quality. The bathroom, space, temperature were good

We love this hotel.

Prices have seriously increased regarding food since previous visits. However, food was first class as usual. We, as a group like this hotel and have been going there for the last 6 years. Plenty of parking spaces. Get a taxi to go to the town which is 1.5 mile away uphill, very much so uphill, but well worth the visit. If you eat in, breakfast is huge, and evening meal was comprehensive buffet. Regards to Juliana.

Food needs some improvement- please don't put peppers in every single salad- a lot of people don't like it/can't eat it and its a shame that out of 5 salads, 4 have peppers! Room curtains could be a little bit better to keep out the light*

Lots of parking in the hotel, the room was big and clean, the spa facilities were great. We also had the buffet dinner, which is a great value for the quality and quantity of food you get. The staff was super friendly.

Other than the hotel there is really nothing else to do! We took a taxi to the main square- town but decided the place eat and stay is the hotel!

Very clean, comfortable and pleasant room with nice robes and slippers. The breakfast was varied and well prepared. Because of our schedule we didn't get to use the spa 😔.
