The pool seems bigger on pictures. The first day it was full with at least 12 small children in the age between 2-6 years that were screaming and/or jumping all the time. The acoustics made it worse. I wouldn’t call this “spa”. Luckily the next morning the children had the whole pool for themselves. The corridor smells strange. Not possible to open any window to get some fresh air. The lobby smells chlorine all the time.

Nice room, beds are ok. The room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was nice, same every day but with good amount of different choices. Location is good if you aim to visit the Belem tower, Jeronimo monastery and Tropical botanical garden (the three are close to each other). The staff is very kind.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived at 2:30. We were told room would be ready in 15 minutes, We waited and when it was going to be longer, we were directed to the pool- which was great. When we were done swimming the room still wasn't ready... 3:40 or so. We were offered a similar room but on the 1st floor and offered no discount for this change. As few were inquiring as to a discount, the suite on the 7th floor became available.so it all worked out.

The indoor pool was great for the kids. The suite on the 7th floor had a fabulous view of the river and bridge- the kids were memorized. I love the location by the X Factory. great the we can walk there.

Room was very basic. Quite a walk from anything, no shops around. Bed was hard.

Well located for the CUF Tejo hospital which was our reason for staying in Lisbon, very comfortable room and bed however lack of accessible power points for recharging phone/laptop. Breakfast was excellent as was the restaurant in the evenings.

I was there whilst there was some sort of a business conference going on and because of the rain, it was impossible to leave the hotel. I was not able to get food at the restaurant because it was used by the conference, so I ended up having to order room service, because the bar was also very busy. The room can do with a bit of updates and add extra sockets because there are not enough plugs for the room. The TV are smart TVs, but it wasn't SMART enough (e.g. chromecast would have been helpful).

It's very close to a lot of the tourist attractions. It's hidden so it is quiet. The opera/musical theme is much appreciated as a music fanatic. The breakfast has a good choice, and the facilities are good. The pool is very good. The room is comfortable. The service from the staff are impeccable and they were so helpful.

It's literally under the bridge where cars and trains pass all the time. Isolation could have been better, it's still very noisy at night, especially with trains crossing.

Nice hotel, with friendly staff, and the facilities were great. Nice breakfast and location itself is good.

It’s a bit far away from the city or main sights of Lisbon, which I didn’t expect, however if you are up for a walk it’s manageable. I also think it would be great if there were food or drink opportunities for the rooftop so you would be inclined to stay there longer.

Good location to start the tour I was on - good facilities and appreciate the bar downstairs. The beds were pretty comfortable and I liked the rooftop pool even though if was pretty windy.

No kettle or tea in the room, no one brings water. You get 1 bottle for 9 nights stay No iron ! Near to a conference centre is a joke. They charge 2-5e per piece of ironing 😔 Also very noisy, planes, trains and also you can hear people having conversations, watching TV or simply taking showers next door

The rooms need an update and I wish the bed and pillow could have been more comfortable.

The hotel entrance is very impressive with opera themed art and costumes adorning the walls with a grand piano and pool table in the lobby. They also have a spa, cafe and restaurant. While there, they offered a free wine tasting. Taxi and Uber were only minutes away. Great wifi and helpful staff.

It was a little far from the city Centre but easy enough to get an Uber, tram or bus to.

The breakfast buffet had great variety. The room was spacious and it had a fridge and kettle. There was plenty of storage in the wardrobe and bench space in the bathrooms. It also had a rooftop pool and indoor pool, spa facility, steam room etc.

It's situated just below the 25 April bridge. Quite noisy due to traffic and none stop flights airriving to Lisbon airport (they just pass above the hotel).

Rooms and breakfast were excelent. Didn't use the gym and indoor pool, but looked good.
