We have stayed here before, several times actually and definitely will stay again. I especially like the pool facing rooms, the breakfast which is excellent, the tennis court,which we used. Ricardo at the reception was especially nice and is one of the reasons we will keep coming back.

Nothing, it’s just a great hotel

This small hotel in a beautiful location is made even more special by the wonderful attentive staff. The ambience could not be better. The half board option is really good and you can chose to have dinner in the adjacent Massa Fina restaurant also.

More variety in cereals and fruit at breakfast would be nice.

This hotel is in an excellent being only a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach. It is immaculately clean and the rooms are comfortable. The staff are particularly friendly and made you feel really special! The rooms overlooking the pool are the best. We are booked to go back in 4 weeks time and can’t wait!

In a 4* hotel, I expect that daily a shower cap is provided (or at least every other day) and there was no hair conditioner available.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Lighting is needed for the 3 steps leading to the rooms on the first floor. At times, the seagulls were a nuisance around the pool.

We were very pleased with everything at this property. From the moment we first walked, until we checked out. The staff were wonderful and the location could not be better. I have already recommended this property to friends.

We had to pay all the drinks including water( we had payed in advance half-board),they did not have a coffee machine at breakfast and the coffee they served was not as we expected for a high rate hotel. Also at dinner they served the same menu all week.

The pool clean and big, very close to the beach, the rooms clean and spatious, free access to gym, sauna and jacuzzi. We loved the tranquility of the place beeing an adults only hotel.Breakfast very good.

We last visited in 2014, at which time we were hugely impressed by every aspect of the stay. Returning after so many years, we were unsure if we would be able to repeat the wonderful experience we had, however everything was perfect and we look forward to returning, hopefully sooner this time!

We were a little disappointed that they charge to use the tennis court on site, as well as renting rackets and balls. It seemed a bit tacky considering the level of service at the hotel- it was right behind the pool and not used at all by anyone during our 3 day stay.

The complimentary breakfast was really very nice. We came from the Epic Sana so we had been a bit spoiled (their breakfast was really excellent)- Gale was a smaller version and they had an omelet and crepe maker which was nice. The check in at Gale was absolutely 💯- Louisa was very attentive and informative. We were delighted to come to our room and find some bubbly and chocolate strawberries after telling her we were celebrating something special. This is a very quiet resort and great for couples.

More general information in the room about the hotel facilities, opening times of restaurant, use of towels in pool, booking for treatments etc would have been useful.

The breakfast bar had a good selection of food to suit all tastes. Hot cooked breakfasts were made to order. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned to a good standard on a daily basis.
