United Kingdomnone of the following impeded our holiday but...too few towels for length of stay and signs of wear(bit on the thin side), none for pool use. pool had lots of missing tiles that were just left on sides around the pool, but it was a nice size. rattan furniture outside, one chair had a crack/break in seat so not usable. nor did we feel was the outdoor oven, greasy and a bit rusty. the kitchen sponge that was left was disgusting....had to throw away and buy new. washing liquid was watered down beyond use. (would of been better if not left there at all) no bin bag, again one would be nice initially!, there was a faulty socket in the bedroom which I actually got a shock from when I tried to use it. our quests said the double bed was a bit uncomfortable. our twin beds had memoryfoam toppers so wasn't too bad, sofas very uncomfortable as most bed ones are to sit on. little and no information pack ie to say where to put rubbish, catch a bus etc. I realise it's not a package holiday complex but if I was the owner it's something I would consider just to go that extra mile and make sure the letting agency was aware of these things!(they maybe, and feel it's OK! who knows). Needless to say we had a great time, was out a lot so not too big an issue overall.
apartment was large, kitchen well equipped, all had the potential to be so much nicer with a few tweaks. decor was good . tv was excellent. able to get disney, netflix, utube etc. excellent air con facilities and insect screens great idea. plenty of alternative seating around. as two couples each had own space so not in each others way, especially with two bathrooms and bedrooms again large and well equipped. area was nice, well maintained and quiet. our arrival time was early so was able to buy bread milk water etc, but late arrivals would struggle as no close shops, so a welcome pack would be a nice idea even if offered as an extra cost. car needed ideally as a bit out of town. Good parking and even a garage if required.

Great and clean apartment in the nice and quiet area of Vilamoura surrounded by golf fields. Condominium has 10 apartments only. Beautiful and very spacious terrace with integrated bbq grill. Great swimming pool just a few steps from the terrace. We stayed in October, so basically we were the only ones who used a swimming pool, almost as a private one. There were just 3 apartments occupied at this time. Easy and friendly self check-in process. There is a safe box with a key next to the apartment's door. A day before we received a message from a manager with very clear video instructions how to collect a key and a Google map link how to get to the apartment. Apartment is on the ground floor and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which is fantastic for a families with children. Kitchen has all utensils you would need and even more. The only thing you have to take care of are things like dishwasher, washing and coffee machine capsules, spare garbage bags, cooking oil, salt, pepper etc. There was none provided. I believe some left after our stay:) But keeping in mind a great price quality ratio of the apartment we don't consider it as disadvantage, as it doesn't cost much to aquire. It's worth to notice that air conditioner didn't work during our stay. It was not a problem for us as it was not hot at this time of the year. But staying in summer without it would be an issue. We have to mention as well, that a few days before we left we've been contacted by a manager by What's up in order to schedule a visit of a service man. I hope they got it fixed after we left. There are no any supermarket, bars or restaurants nearby at a walking distance. The closest good supermarket Pingo doce is about 1.2 km away. Definitely you will need a car to enjoy your stay here. We had a rental car, so it was not an issue for us at all, but it might be for others without it. The closest beach Praia da Falésia or Praia de Vilamoura is about 6-8 km away by car.

PortugalAt the time of our stay, on August 14th, 2023, the AC was not working. At this time of the year, this issue is critical.
House is pretty and well-cleaned. The patio is large and quiet, and the common pool area is pleasant. The location is also okay if you have a car. We had a good stay overall.
