We had to ask for an instruction sheet for the washer, however the service we received was prompt. I was dissappointed however we did not receive any soap until the last couple of days we were there, could not understand that. But everything else exceeded that very small issue.

Pool area very nice and well maintained. I especially liked all the conveniences that were in good shape. The balcony area was also very comfortable and this was something of a priority for me. The space we had was amazing.

The TV noise from next door was too loud. when you open the balcony door, you can hear everything from your neighbours.Upstairs downstairs and next door! The apartment didn’t provide any soaps only towels , so we had to buy everything from detergent to washing up liquids, shampoo and so on. Would have been nice to have a little supply to start with when you are staying for just a few days. The most facilities were closed, we could not use the gym nor indoor swimming pool.

Limited facilities as the spa/leisure centre was under renovations which was a shame. There was advertised for a bar which wasn’t there. Bare services other than the apartment.

The cleaners came very late in the day around 5:30pm. This is quite a inconvenient time when you are on holiday and thinking about getting ready to go out. Maybe they should alternate their starting point each day so some days they come a bit earlier.

There was nothing to dislike

Everything! It was a large apartment with access to the balcony from lounge and bedroom. We had a view of the marina and overlooked the swimming pool. The furniture was modern and the king-size bed very comfortable. Towels were changed every 2 days and bedding every 4 days. Housekeeping came in every day to empty bins and check we had enough toilet rolls etc. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach (which was beautiful) and also 10 min to bars and restaurants. The apartments were quiet and there were no problems of noise from other apartments. Also there was free underground parking.

Proximity of bedroom to the walkway outside which meant when people left or arrived .., late/early you could hear the suitcases on the tiles… loudly!!

Would have been nice to have had more seats on the balcony, only two and there was 4 of us. The WiFi is a bit hit and miss but reception gave us a code for one specific to our apartment so think they are trying to improve it. The pull out bed wasn’t very comfy but the main bedroom bed was. No oven so can’t cook things like pizza etc but only a problem if not eating out really. Hot water ran out during showers if anyone had a long one! The safe was hit and miss in terms of whether it opened/closed! Sometimes it took over 20 attempts to get it open even with the right code!

Really central to everything. As there’s long lets as well as holiday makers, never any rush for sun beds in the morning, there’s always some. Pool is huge! Apartment was massive and fully equipped. Easy to get around with Uber and walking distance to marina and playa de rocha. Alvor is a max 10 min Uber ride away.

It was advertised as having a pool bar and games room, spa none of them where open or even there.... Departure time is very early, and it wasn't noted that we had asked for a late check out, at a cost of 20euro for a 12 o clock check out (which is much more realistic departure time) i was greated with a little bit of rudeness over not having left at 10, Shame as it was my last hours there.

The apartments are really big, the general up keep was fabulous It was not too far to walk to the centre and I'd happily stay there again

The pool area didn't have enough shadows, the sun umbrellas where way too small for the tipical client usualy with families with children. The bar/restaurant area was not in use. A beverage service would be very welcome for the hit days of summer by the pool. The toaster in our kitchen was not working properly.

The internet was terrible bad, impossible to work.

The property is good located and maintained. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The staff very nice and helpful. Very close to Praia da Rocha. So happy to stay there and we would love to go back.
