Room was not even vacuumed properly there was dirt from many days just flowing across floor. The elevator could move without the outer door closed

Staff was very helpful in guiding us and taking care of the luggage. The property is pretty centrally located i.e. walking distance from metro and just 3 stops to Lisboa center

A small table in the room would have been nice but since there's a kitchenette on every floor I suppose people make use of that. We loved being able to make our own coffee.

For a cheap hotel it was surprisingly comfortable. Not alot of facilities but since we were out all day and only needed a place to sleep, shower and change it was great. Breakfast was brought to the room every morning. We paid a little more for a private bathroom and balcony and it was well worth it

Breakfast was only available from half past 8, first morning only from 9! We asked to get it the night before, because we didn't come to sleep, but to see the city, and twice out of three times they couldn't manage it, we had to tell them we didn't get it. It was also a surprise that it was not a buffet breakfast, as the answer to the question "Do you serve breakfast?" on their website is "You can ask for breakfast."

The lobby needs to be renovated. The chairs are mismatched, the area rag is old, torn and smelly. The floor to the bathroom is uneven and no sign to warn us, twice we stub our toes to it. The elevator is uneven . No sign to warn us too.

The staff are friendly and accommodating especially, Pedro. He made sure to give us what we needed. And speaks English.

Some of the doors are a bit old and there’s occasionally some difficulty getting the key in properly but that’s not so much of an issue.

Great location near metro station (50m) and coffee shops, pharmacy and mini market. Staff were very friendly and provided luggage storage free of charge. There’s two elevators in the building for more convenience. The neighborhood is overall relatively calm and nice, too. Breakfast is good and I had the option to choose between veg and non-veg menu which is another great option.

Door lock was dodgy. Could see through keyhole. Corridor was dark and could use little TLC. Tom was next to kitchen and there was so much noise until around 1 am. Walls are very thin between rooms.

Room/towels/bedding were clean.. Water pressure great. Shutters on Windows for dark night sleep. Small balcony. location central Staff very sympathetic and accommodating.

The staircase and the corridor is a bit dodgy.

The location is perfect, the hotel is just 1 minute walk from the last station of the yellow line of the metro. The room was big and even had a balcony.

It is an average accommodation, we think the comfort was in pair with the cost range. We didn't love the bathrooms, and the check-in process was a bit slow.

Towels and/or sheets weren’t replaced during our stay of a week. Also only 1 toilet for a whole floor is not sufficient.

Excellent location for visiting Lisbon. Much even at walking distance, nice park and restaurants in the surrounding.

There is a smell of the moisture in the bathroom, and that leaves a sense that it is not the cleaniest hotel but I hope they will take care about that soon. Everything else is good.

Location is very good. I loved staying at Rato naighborhood, it's more or less flat, good connected with other parts of the city. In front of this hotel, there are 3 bus stops and Metro station. In every floor there is a kitchen, very well equiped, so you can prepare some meal or make a coffee (there is a coffee machine, I bought capsuls in the market which is across the street). New towels you get after every 3 nights. People who work in the reception are very kind and helpful. Room is equipped basic but has all the most important facilities you need for a stay. We had 7 nights here and were satisfied.

The place would greatly benefit from a renovation. It’s an old building with outdated rooms that feel poorly maintained and hastily adapted. The overall appearance and comfort could be significantly improved with some updates.

A well-sized room with a thoughtful layout and two access options to the upper floors. The kitchen is equipped for a short staying with what you’d need. The shared bathroom is clean, as is the room itself. Fresh and clean bedding adds to the comfort of the stay.

It was ok. Hallways - and especially the stairs - were very dark. Kitchen was quite run down. But it was nice to have a separate place to hang out A bit challenging to find - we drove.

Ended up being a free parking option on a Saturday night! Close to restaurants. Reception staff were friendly

The accomodation is in a good location, aprox 20 min by foot to Barrio alto,the room is clean but the furniture is old, there is a shared kitchen on every floor equipped with necessary appliances
