The bathroom in the rooms were kind of old, not well managed with no storing area at all. Also the water pressure was not the best. It was weird as the quality of the rest of the place was on a much better level.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was nice and everything was clean. In the lobby/common room there was a kids area with games and paintings which made my daughter enjoy every moment and for us to eat breakfast in peace.

The toilets are outdated and give you a dirty feeling even when they are clean, because you can see the peeling paint, mould and rust spots in the showers. I counted seven flies in our room when we arrived: I understand that if you open the window to let the air circulate when you're preparing the room, nature will invite bugs in, but they should have an insecticide to prevent this. Also, there is a strong smell of dust and mould in the room. No plugs near the bed.

The staff. The people who work there are incredibly friendly. Advice to the owners: Keep the staff because they would be the only reason I would return. Breakfast was ok. Prices were fair, but the hotel would benefit from some work.

- location was out of town, but we knew it as we booked the hotel - the building was old, the smell was not the best in the hallway, not enough sockets, one them was broken - it was not the best hotel we had, but for one night it was totally fine

- great, helpful and friendly staff - breakfast was good, although with smaller range of products, but we had everything we wanted - beds were comfortable enough - good restaurant only 5 minutes by car from the hotel

The location outside of Lisbon was lovely and quiet and the train connection to Lisbon only a short drive. The staff were very helpful with information on local and Lisbon sites.

The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful - everything was fresh, including homemade jam, fruits, veggies, cheese, and meat. They had a crepe maker that made for a treat at breakfast. We had 2 rooms - a double and a family room. Our double room had a very nice balcony overlooking the gardens. The family room actually had 2 bathrooms and a couch and desk. It was very spacious. The location was a little farther out than I thought from Sintra (my fault to think that, not theirs) but was a great compromise because it was closer to the ocean. 😀 Just an fyi- you need to put in WOT Sarrazola in Google to find the hotel, not the address listed... that will just get you in the vicinity.

4 person room was quite small while bathroom could be in better condition but overall it wasn't so bad for one night.

The breakfast was amazing and there was no problem with private parking. The room for 4 people was quite small but we stayed for most of the time on ground level with big terrace and common room. This hostel doesn't offer fridge in the rooms but they stored my stuff in the kitchen. The stuff was friendly and I also liked the localization (close to Sintra palaces and Cabo da Roca).

Perfect stop over to explore the beautiful surrounding area, esp Sintra! Enjoyed the use of the pool table, beautiful large garden and patio with lush hillside views. Breakfast & coffee was most enjoyable too. The family room was rather small but our balcony was an added bonus for outdoor space.
